When we arrived the staff were very cheerful & helpful. We had lunch at Michael's cafe before going into the city was reasonable priced & good. Easy access to the subway. The rooms were clean & a fantastic view, better than when we stayed in the city. It was a great weekend, Thanks Kathy

A really good option for the price and with easy transport links into Manhattan. The rooms are of reasonable size at about a third of the price you would pay across the river. The reception staff were super nice and helpful. Reasonable coffee in the room. Wasn't over impressed at the food in the restaurant downstairs. Will definitely say here... More

I spent a few nights in this hotel arriving from LGA - and the taxi driver himself asked me if I was sure I wanted to go to this area. The hotel isn’t situated in what I would consider to be a bad area, but rather a questionable location when walking around at night. The area is several blocks from... More

Keeping in mind that I knew I was booking into a very basic hotel (Four Points) in a somewhat out-of-the-way location in Queens, I got exactly what I would have expected and maybe a little more. The hotel is clearly no-frills. Everything is focused on the providing the basics but they do that pretty well. It's not a place I'd... More

Valued Guest, Thank you for this wonderful review. We are glad to have made such an impression on you. We apologize if your feel the car service rates were a bit too high. Checked in into the hotel late because flight only landed at 7 pm. Taxi driver drove extremely slow, and didn't know the way, and brought us via an extremely long route from JFK. The hotel is situated in an extremely quiet neighbourhood on 39th Avenue in Queens, which weirdly, is the only avenue that's only "half" an avenue (Look at... More

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are helpful. The lobby is decorated beautiful for the holidays. I stayed for business so the subway is close which is great! The cafe food is great! I definitely will be back to stay... More

Great stay. We stayed here after searching multiple hotels in multiple locations. It was a short walk to the 36th ave MTA station. And Manhattan was only 5 minutes away. The hotel restaurant wasn't to bad and moderately priced. The rooftop bar took our breath away with the views. Why pay more to stay in Manhattan when it's only a... More

Good quality for good price, well located - safe district, near to metro station, good air - conditioning, nice bed, nice shower, helpful staff. Just 3 metro station from Central Park, near the grocery shop and bar. Far from JFK airport, but near to metro to Jamaica Station. It's located on street full of hotels, so even in late night...
