If travelling by car, into New York City, this hotel is located in a very good position, close to Quensboro bridge entrance, directly linked to Manhattan Upper East Side. "F" line subway station "21st street" is only 5 (real) minutes walking. internet working vcery well everywhere in hotel. Breakfast room a little small: when hotel is full, better schedule some... Myself and my bestfriend stayed here while visiting NYC, after not finding cheap enough accommodation in Manhattan in time. We were pleasantly surprised as it didn't have a high star rating, and the area appeared slightly dodgy. However, we were able to walk 1 minute around the corner to the subway and could be in Manhattan and all attractions within... More

Very clean hotel. Great beds. Continental breakfast was good. Short walk to the F train to get into New York. A few places around to eat. Subway, a great bagel place to eat for lunch, and other places. Definitely would stay there again.

A great base for visiting Manhattan without paying Manhattan prices. Only 1 1/2 block from the Subway at 21st & Queensbridge, which is only 4 stops from Rockefeller Center. Breakfast included as well.

I stayed here with my daughter-in-law 4 nights on our recent trip to NYC. Very nice room, within walking distance of subway to Manhattan, very reasonable price. Refrigerator in room, breakfast included, microwave available, coffee maker in room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfortable and quiet (we were on the 8th floor). Especially commend two young ladies at the desk,... More

Room was clean, staff efficient. The hotel was close to the subway so I could go anywhere rather quickly. Unfortunately there is no shuttle to the airport (JFK) but super shuttle did a great job of getting us there and back. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. The only issue was the breakfast. While it was hot and good,... More

Clean, comfortable and quiet, which is what I look for. Close to the subway (1 1/2 blocks) and felt safe even in the evening. Breakfast was good. Met my expectations as I have stayed with this chain many times as it is a typical Sleep Inn

We stayed here for 3 nights last week. It was conveniently located for commuting into Manhattan, just two blocks from the subway. We got the room for a great price and then they charge an additional $25 a night if you want parking. Perfect, we just left our van there for the 3 days. Includes breakfast, which was ok, scrambled... More

Searched everything to find safe, clean, affordable, and convenient to train access to be at a midpoint to Manhattan and access all Burroughs easily. This hotel was that and more! We stayed 1 whole week. It began as an early arrival where we were able to catch breakfast and store our luggage before check-in. They accommodated us with my wishes... More

This hotel is about 5 years old, it may not seem like it is in the greatest area, but it is quiet and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Only a couple of blocks from the Subway. Guest service was awesome, rooms were immaculate, continental breakfast was really great. Very friendly staff :)
