New hotel. It is clean. The rooms are ok. Only 50 meters from the subway. Two stops to center Manhatten. Free Parking!!!!!. Breakfast is miserable. Take your stuff to your room and eat in peace.

The hotel advertisings that it has parking, but it is a lie. It has 7 spaces for over 100 rooms, meaning in fact you have to park on the street - and no parking 7 to 10 am and 4 to 7 pm. So it pretty much ruins your vacation. The office is filthy, one elevataor was filled with full... More

I chose this hotel because i traveled on my own. Can't say i regret my decision. The room was very clean. Just perfect if you travel alone or just a couple (room is a bit tight). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Subway was just 5 minutes by walking and you could be in manhattan in just about 10 minutes.... More

I almost changed hotels from reading many mixed reviews. I must say I am very happy I stayed with this hotel. It was very clean and accommodating. As soon as you check in there are various maps to help you get to the attractions. I really enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room and free wi-fi. There is also a... More

I used Trip Advisor to find a hotel for my trip to NYC. I chose this one because it was new and the reviews said the hotel was clean. I must say I was not disappointed. Upon my arrival the staff was friendly and accomodating, they even gave me a map and explained where everything was (all the popular sights).... More

if you truly value non-smoking, this is not the hotel for you. the subway is noted as 2 min. away, but it actually was a 15 minute walk, through government housing remodeling in progress, or maybe not in progress- we never actually saw anyone working on that block. 21st street is a main thoroughfare, 13th street is directly behind 21st.... I stayed here because it was less than half the price of staying near the reason for my visit (Carnegie Hall). This hotel is 1 1/2 blocks from the F train and 1 stop from Manhattan, 3 from Central Park and 4 from Times Square. As long as you don't mind using the subway system (and you shouldn't if you're... This hotel is comfortable, clean and new. Happy with the room and the complimentary breakfast. However, its like a cattle market in the morning, the breakfast area is just too small to accomodate everyone Hotel staff are useless, unfriendly and very unhelpful. The area is awful,(Queens) - Avoid like the plague. We felt that we had to come home at... More

A 2 block walk to the F train (21st/Queensboro Bridge), you are only 3 subway stops from Rockerfeller Plaza. The rooms in this Best Western are comfy and they have the usual amenities (flat screen t.v., coffee maker, alarm clock). You will get a simple buffet continental breakfast (orange juice, coffee, tea, bagels, toast, jam, cream cheese, butter, cereal); however,... More

Stayed here for about 9 days in March for a leisurely getaway, enjoyed the entire stay. The neighborhood may be a bit well-used, the hotel is not-- it's actually a very nice property. The rooms are well-appointed with very soft beds and the usual coffeemaker, alarm clock, and so on. The TV was a nice size but several channels would... More
