We stayed here for three nights in May and encountered no problems. We chose this hotel as we had stayed in Manhattan before and were on a long vacation and wanted to avoid paying the crazy Manhattan prices. I think we got the rate here for just over $100 a night which I thought was great for NYC. The hotel... More

If you are looking for cheap, near NYC, and are OK with some walking, this is a decent place to stay. It's not a nice neighborhood, so don't stay there alone. The hotel itself is new and nice. Rooms are very small, too small for 4 people in my opinion. The breakfast is decent, but runs out quickly, so go... More

I stayed there during 9 nights. This hotel it is a great deal! The rooms opposite of Crescent St have a amazing view from Manhattan. All of this by just 50% off value comparing with similar hotels in Manhattan. The neighborhood is not a scenical place. It is a mix of industrial + commercial + residential. But I felt safe... More

Stayed here with my wife and grown-up daughter for 5 nights. It's a fairly new hotel, the rooms are small but were very well cleaned everyday, including Sunday. 30 minute taxi ride from JFK and fare is around $50. Went back on the metro which is much cheaper. Got ourselves a weekly "go anywhere" metro pass for $27 which is... More

This hotel was excellent value for money. Very nice room with a big comfy bed and flat screen tv. The hotel is located 5 mins from subway, where you can get the 7 train direct to Time Square. Takes 10 mins max. The hotel is located in a industrial/residential area of Queens. The area can look a little daunting at... More

Eventhough the overall experience was not that bad, there are a few things that need to be pointed out. The breakfast area is way too small and gets easily overcrowded. There is no room to store luggage. I had a lot of luggage and I was told to use the luggage cart but the luggage cart was broken, the rods... More

This was the perfect find for our 5 nights in New York. My husband and I and our 2 sons (8 and 10) all enjoyed it . The beds were very comfy and the breakfast a great start to the day. Our room was very clean, quiet and we really liked the fresh decor - however, a bit of a... More

Good location, good facilities, good staff, highly recommend it. 2 Metro stations are close by that take you straight into Manhattan within 10-20 minutes, depending on where you want to be. Price/ quality is really good. The Hotel is new (check street view google maps, it's not on there), so the bathroom, AC and other amenities are as new (incl.... More
