I've stayed at this hotel 4 times because my company keeps getting sucked into deep discount rates, but you know how the old saying goes... You get what you pay for.... or less. In this case, always less. The staff could care less, The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the Manager on staff has taken my card three times... More

We were in Long Beach to visit relatives. Granted it is off season, but the room looked like it had been highly used and abused with scuff marks on the floors and deep scratches in the bathroom near the medicine cabinet. They also suffered and outage of all phone, TV and Internet services the first night of our 2 night... More

If your window looks directly into the rooms of other guests only about 10 feet away, the room description should say that. Horrible day of check-out, had to take the 6:30PM LIRR, went to reception at 6 because I wanted to ask them to print out my boarding pass, which in the end they didn't because frankly they just don't... I stayed 3 nights for business. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we got in late and headed straight to the restaurant before they closed. The staff there was a bit inattentive, but that's ok, it was not enough to ruin the stay. The room was nice I had a view of the main thoroughfare, wish now I would... More

The purpose of this trip was a girlfriend's weekend. Living on Long Island, we chose to stay close to home. The room was modern and nicely decorated and the view was awesome. The staff was plesant but not very service oriented. We walked into our room on a very cold day and found the window/door open and the temperature was... More

The Allegria Hotel The Allegria hotel in long beach is a testament to the courage and vision of the residents of long beach, and the visionary owners of the hotel. The Allegria is a spectacular hotel that stands tall, in spite of Hurricane Sandy, which left a trail of devastation within the hotel and throughout long beach. . Now 5... More

I will begin by saying that the reviews I read before coming to this hotel were true. I'm talking about the REAL ones Not the ones that you see here saying how Amazing this place was. Honestly this place is a. Complete Joke. They should be ashamed calling this place a Boutique, luxury hotel. It may look pretty in the... More

Rooms are okay- had a groupon rate, otherwise would not have afforded the room rate. Rooms are small, nice, not worth the $200- $250 a night rate. It's on the beach and the rooftop gives 360 views of long beach. Very pretty. Hefty price for no breakfast, train shuttle service, etc. staff were helpful, had a couple next door screaming... More

Was @ Allegria on a business trip in NYC. Didn't want to stay in the city, but go in a place to relax, also. Perfect place. Really nice staff, easy parking, BEAUTIFUL view. The hotel rooms and common areas are IMMACULATE! Luxurious. A must go. Downsides : neighborhood, far from NYC (must have a car), slow internet connection.

Room was dirty. The windows were sealed with duct tape. They had a DJ that was so loud it kept me up until 2 AM even though I was 3 floors above the lounge. Called to complain but nothing was done. Food was average. The only thing good was the view. NOT a 4 star hotel by any stretch of... More
