One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it was pet friendly. There is a great yard out back to run your dog. The hotel was clean and was convenient to the Lockport and Erie Canal attractions. Very friendly staff and good continental breakfast make this a great buy. more

No bed bugs. Comfortable room. Wallpaper and paint is ready to be redone. Would stay again. Clerks friendly. Breakfast was your normal bagels, cereal, fruit, danish. I skipped it. We ate next door at the Holiday Inn's restaurant - delish. Very easy drive to Niagara falls from here. more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for an overnight getaway. We booked a one bedroom suite and got a great price. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I think we've ever encountered! Breakfast was included in the room price and it was wonderful. more

My husband and I stayed at the comfort inn just recently. We never even called ahead to book the room, however, we were treated with respect. I loved the King room, everything was ultra clean and the free breakfast was delicious!! I would highly recommend this place. It was a fantastic deal for the price. more

This hotel is beyond words terrible. On arrival there was a dirty cleaning cloth on shower, smell of smoke nearly knocked me out. It was in pillows. Carpet so dirty your feet were dirty . AC did not work. Owner and Wife, Mr and Mrs Patel have no idea how to talk to guests. They are extremely rude and arrogant.... more

The Hotel is terrible. The Owner is Chet Patel and his wife and him own and manage the property. They are very arrogant. Room was dirty. Had live bed bugs. They do not honour reservations made with the 800 number. Comfort Inn says they are independ only flying the comfort inn flag. They hardly speak english and could care less... more
