“Hairs in "clean bed" & no refund despite promised”

We found our room unkept, and with hairs in a supposedly clean bed. We repacked our stuff (inconvenient) and were given another room and explicitly promised a full refund (promised both that night and the next morning), tho we didn't insist on that. As many other reviewers wrote we stayed here for 1 night on our way to somewhere else. We didn't have a reservation and were given a comparitave rate for a room with 2 queen beds. “weekend stay for tournament”

Hotel was very clean and was updated recently. Staff was good. Nothing fancy or 5 star but nice, well priced and easy access to I-81. The breakfast was not that great so I would eat off site but the negative reviews on here are not warranted.

will do okay for the purpose of our day trip to destiny usa and comedy club show at funny bone. will add pictures and more info. so far for the price not bad. probably wont use the pool or weight room. shuttle service to mall is very helpful. front staff very pleasent. coffee im room. iron. easy acess to outlets.... We booked through hotwire it was a nice stay. I was disappointed with the room we did not have a microwave or coffee maker which I thought every hotel had one in every room. Getting to and from the mall was excellent...the lounge on the main floor was great...did not like where the pool was situated next to the booking... More

“Good Value; Convenient to Highway”

Good value; large rooms. Right off highway so very convenient to get into downtown Syracuse/University area. Restaurant is not a great option for breakfast. Very limited buffet but it's dirt cheap. “one night in Syracuse”

Really only used the room for sleeping, but it was fine. Initially gave me a room with one queen bed when I reserved 2 as my adult daughter and I were staying in the same room. No problem, they gave me a different room with 2 beds.
