I took my family to the Hampton in Clay, and the staff was OUTSTANDING. Easter Sunday they offered an egg hunt with the Easter Bunny and my children had a ball. The Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely return again.

Excellent value, quiet and comfortable rooms, free internet, no charge for pets, nice staff, good pool. The complimentary breakfast is only fair, but I hadn't expected any breakfast at all, so I'm not complaining. (There's plenty of food across the highway.) I'll stay here in the future.

We stay at many Hamptons, and this is the best. Outstanding staff, very clean and comfortable. Top notch! It is a little off the beaten path for our travels, but worth it. We arrived in the evening and found out that Wednesday nights they often provide a free dinner for guests. It was great!

Room (400 level) was an 'accessible' room. Not sure how it compared to other rooms, but the living area was very large. Could have danced in the room despite the twin queens, desk, and entertainment center. Could have used a simple chair or loveseat. Very clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Stayed here on a recent visit to Suny Oswego. Easy access from the NY Thruway. Nice clean hotel. Room was as expected, clean, well stocked, quiet. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. A lot to do around there. Many of places to eat and shop! Breakfast was hot and great tons to pick from!! We had a late check out in our suite loved it. It was a wonderful weekend away from home. Looks great, non smelly for sensitive guests, and staff very good with customers.....but.....the amenities, and some basics are lacking. Decided worth staying at for price being a bit off 1-90.
