We stayed at Knights Inn after finding out howf ilthy AMericas best was. The fit us in in a pinch, and we enjoyed our stay. The train was a bit bothersome in the middle of the night, but compared to something crawling across my foot, I'll take the trian any day! It is in an easy location to access from... more

If you're on your way to somewhere else, this actually is not a bad place to spend the night. We've stayed there every year since 2004 (except for one), and as hotels go, it's not the worst place I've ever stayed in. (More on that in a minute.) The big draw to this little inn is the attached restaurant --... more

We were travelling from Toronto to Boston and decided to stop in the Utica area. We stopped by in Herkimer but Herkimer Motel was sold out. They were kind enough to find out where we could find a room on a July 4th. They sent us to the Best Western in Little Falls which is now called Knights Inn. This... more

Stayed 2 nights at this motel when prospecting for Herkimer Diamonds. It is located in between two mining area's St. Johnsville and Herkimer so the location was great. Had a room on the bottom floor opposite side of the building of the train line so I did not hear the train at all. Staff was friendly and room clean. I... more

This hotel is conveniently located near the main street of this small town. Staff was excellent, and we found our stay to be trouble free. We did not try the restaurant in the hotel, there are a few in town which are recommended. We were there for a family event otherwise I am sure we would have stayed in/close to... more

We were lucky to get a room at this little hotel, as we hadn't booked in advance and they only had 2 smoking rooms left. We really didn't want smoking rooms, but the friendly guy on reception cut us keys to those rooms so we could "have a sniff" and they were fine. My only real problems were that there... more

We arrived late at night. Hotel is fine for a one night stopover. It smelled a bit like stale smoke although room was non smoking. The curtain did not close all the way so the street light lit up the room as it pulsed on and off all night. more

We stayed overnight at this hotel in a room blocked for a wedding. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and the room we were given said non-smoking. When I went in, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the front desk and was given another room and that one had a towel shoved under a... more
