This is a must for anyone looking at B&Bs in the area. The ranch is picturesque and the rooms are decorated very tastefully. Kim is an incredibly welcoming host and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. She had a fire pit going for us in the yard. And the breakfast! Don't get me started on that. The... More

My boyfriend and I booked last minute for a ski weekend and stayed 2 nights. The house is very charming and Kim was a great hostess. We stayed in the Belleyeare room with shared bath. Having no B&B experience, we were a little concerned about sharing a bathroom, but it turned out to fine -- since everyone staying was skiing... More

We had to be in the Hunter area for a funeral, and just needed a room for two adults travelling from a distance. We expected just that--a room--but got so much more. The inn is charming and reflects its upstate New York countryside location, and the room and premises were clean, tastefully decorated and inviting. Although we were just there... More

This place is off the beaten path, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The owner Kim was a kind host and made a great breakfast every morning. My room had a shared bathroom but it was clean, large and modern. I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

My first review ever but I am so compelled to contribute to tripadvisor community by sharing our pleasure of recent stay here. If you are going to the area - stop looking and start packing :) especially if you are with kids. Very kid friendly property, gorgeous views, campfire under the stars, eggs picked by you from under the chicken... More

We had a lovely experience! It was very clean and Kim and her husband could not have been nicer. The Inn was off the beaten path, so it was quiet and peaceful. I loved the beautiful chickens!! They are so cute:) We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent one night at the Inn and absolutely everything was perfect. The room and private bath were beautiful and so clean, the breakfast was delicious and Kim, the owner, was wonderfully gracious. We will tell anyone who'll listen about this great Inn.

We stayed at Kim's B&B in Catskills over Columbus Day weekend and were very impressed. Very clean Inn with great Breakfast. The location is excellent. We hiked Giant Ledge in Big Indian and had a nice meal in Windham. It was less expensive than places we had looked at in Hunter and just as good a location for our first... More

Superbly located along the Schoharie Creek near Windham and Hunter ski resorts there's also plenty of hiking and fishing in the area as well. Our host Kim was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Our room (the Windham) had a wonderful bath, comfy bed and even an A/C unit (it was summer after all). The breakfast was delicious: fresh eggs from... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night, while we went to Mountain Jam at Hunter Mountain. The Mountain Meadow Inn was conveniently located just down the road. Kim was a pleasure to deal with. She greeted us outside on our arrival, briefly showed us the house, was nice, engaged in conversation but not too pushy or intrusive. I... More
