Basic and clean. Nothing spectacular but everything was in working order. Close to Conesus lake and route 390. No elevator but not an issue for 1 night. Property could use a little freshening but hey its a roadway.

First night... Planned stay, booked ahead on the Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Nice room with all the basics in good shape, nothing luxurious here but all the bases covered well....Only negative was a lack of elevator. Dinner at the attached restaurant was great and lots of locals use this restaurant, which is always a good sign. We had... More

Slightly outdated. Location was fantastic. Service was amazing! Rooms were a little dated but not Terrible. The worst part were the beds. Hard as a rock. First night slept on the bed and woke up with the worst back pain I have ever experienced. 2nd night slept on the floor. If they were to change the mattresses and maybe just... More

Six of us have stayed in three rooms each year for the past three years, and we find it is convenient to everything, while still quiet and comfortable. The rooms are good sized, and comfortable, but would be nice to be upgraded. Food is good and reasonably priced.

There are few places available in this immediate area for a decent overnight place to stay without driving many miles. This worked out very well, as there is a nice restaurant that's part of the motel, so you didn't have to go out looking for one. The motel is older, but plenty adequate, with updates in the room. Quite clean... More

The rooms are quite large, but are very dated and need updating. It was quiet enough but I guess that was because they were not many people staying in the hotel, they could only offer us wings to eat in the evening as the kitchen had closed for the night (8.45pm). Breakfast at best was poor, Macdonalds (next door) would... More

Recently stayed at the hotel during parent's weekend at Geneseo. Hotels in Geneseo were booked. When we checked in Zac at the front desk was very nice. The room was spacious but very outdated furniture. The bathroom was also quite tired. Not the most apealling of rooms. However, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times (my parents really like the place). It's close to the relatives, so that's a plus, but over the years, it doesn't look like any updating has been done. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the first room I was offered smelled like cigarette smoke and when we checked in it... More

We spent two nights in a sad room, on a stained carpet, with a not welcoming bathtub spa close to the bed, on an old mattress, and in the noise of piping : it’s an old motel. People came and went all night in the corridor of our level, spoke, opened and shut the doors : a nightmare ! It... More

The positives: - The restaurant had really good food for reasonable prices. I ate there three times and was happy with my meal each time. - The staff was friendly and helpful. - Free WiFi. The negatives: - The bed was hard and I found it to be uncomfortable. - The cleanliness was so-so. Between the head of my bed... More
