Basic and clean. Nothing spectacular but everything was in working order. Close to Conesus lake and route 390. No elevator but not an issue for 1 night. Property could use a little freshening but hey its a roadway.

Slightly outdated. Location was fantastic. Service was amazing! Rooms were a little dated but not Terrible. The worst part were the beds. Hard as a rock. Six of us have stayed in three rooms each year for the past three years, and we find it is convenient to everything, while still quiet and comfortable. The rooms are good sized, and comfortable, but would be nice to be upgraded. Food is good and reasonably priced.

There are few places available in this immediate area for a decent overnight place to stay without driving many miles.
