I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the elevators to get to the room were slightly hidden. I had no problems with a carry-on as my only luggage, but someone weilding the luggage cart may have trouble navigating all the turns. We had a fourth floor room in the Adirondack wing on the north side (overlooking Mirror Lake)-- which they designated as a "quiet floor" (at least for Sunday thru Thursday). Everything was super clean and in great condition -- couldn't have asked for anything more.

Stayed here last w/e for a conference, had a large room with comfortable pillow top beds, massaging power shower. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, made to order omelets, cinamon french toast. I took my daughter and twin 10-year old grandaughters on spring break and we absolutely loved this hotel. It was so friendly and warm and the view from the great room is fantastic. From the moment we arrived to our departure. The service was wonderful, staff were very helpful and friendly and very accomadating. The hotel is extreamly clean and well maintained. All the amenities were great. The resturant food was wonderful. Omlete bar on the buffet day yummy!

We stayed here on a family trip to Lake Placid in February. It was great. We had a suite with an attached room. The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the middle of everything in the village. Perfect walking distance from everything. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would defnitely stay here again.

Me and my fiance picked this hotel because we wanted a romantic weekend in...instead we got a loud, disuptive room right next to the elevator with kids running up and down the halls constantly. We could hear the room next door's AC unit and tv as well as blaring music..if I wanted to hear that I would've spent the night...
