If you are looking for a newly remodeled resort to stay at in Lake Placid, this is the place. The location cannot be beat. You cannot beat the location in the Village of Lake Placid. Great views from everywhere and walking distance to everything around Mirror Lake. The food in the Reflections restaurant is fantastic and we enjoyed drinks on the brand new balcony with unobstructed views. I recently stayed at the High Peaks Resorts and I would say we had a great time. The Hotel is 5 stars in my book. The rooms were clean and very much up to date. Be sure to swim in the indoor pool, take a boat ride and do a little fishing. My kids loved it Glenn J more
