By far the worst accommodation of the Gondwana Collection (I do know them all). In many aspects not up to known - and loved - Gondwana standards yet, although taken over some time ago already. Rooms poorly maintained. Dinner buffet was good though. The lady at the reception (her name started with a S if I am not mistaken) was... More

The location and friendly staff make this the ideal location to relax and enjoy nature at its best. Great location for birding!!! The game drive into the Bwabwata Game reserve was sooo rewarding - hundreds of elephants and to top it all a leopard siting in the late afternoon. Guides well informed.Brigitte is a star the way she is always... More

Campsites are mediocre and not much of a view even though next to the river. If you have to say here pre book Site 5. It is next to the ablutions and is suitable for an overland trailer. From here we travelled to Mdumbu and Nkasa Rupara (formerly known as Mamili). Game was pretty unspectacular. I would recommend max two... More

The location is excellent, the property well maintained, staff friendly, food very good. Staff went out of their way to assist with mechanical vehicle problem. Superb base to explore the Kwando region. Have enjoyed 3 nights stay tremendously.

Everything was excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food well presented, fresh and tasty. Could improve on snacks given on sunset cruise - rather just offer beverages. Guide very knowledgeable and saw lots of birds and animals.

I was extremely disappointed in Namusasha Lodge and regret that I did not go further. The rooms were beautifully decorated, however I looked on to a grass lawn. When I went to the bar, the service was extremely bad, waitress clearly has never been trained, martini just like that from the bottle, no olive nothing..food was badly prepared...all steaks pre-cooked... This was to be our last 2 days in Namibia before going to Victoria Falls. Room was spacious with excellent facilities. River view room so could watch the passing elephants. Game drives are a must - fantastic guides and vehicles. Also there is the choice of going on the river by boat to watch/photograph wildlife and this is also awesome!... More

The location is excellent with a lovely view. it was quite hard to reach, so we were glad that we had a 4X4. Big was our surpise to see big tour groups are staying in this lodge as well! Room was very good, spacious, clean, comfortable with a huge bathroom and a terrace with views over the river. We just... More

Namushasha was not part of our planned stops. We decided to stop for only 2 nights but ended up camping for 4 nights. On arrival Nicolene welcomed us warmly and even remembered who we were from the earlier phone call which was impressive. She was friendly, very helpfull and very profesional durring our entire stay. Which I found impressive because... More
