Our plans changed and we could not stay here as originally booked online. We showed up at 4pm and told them so and the owner only charged us the booking fee they had to incur, very nice! We looked around the hotel which is really beautiful and also saw the room we would have stayed in, which is amazing! It... More

My husband and I spent 2 nights here while exploring Dadès Gorge and Todra Gorge. There was construction along the first part of the Todra Gorge road, but we pushed on past that and reached the peace and quiet of Le Festival. The entire place uses solar energy. It has a few different types of rooms to choose from. We... More

Being on the road to Marrakech, we had a tour at the Todra Gorge and then we decided to stop at this marvelous place. Quiet and isolated, in the middle of a narrow valley is the perfect place to stay just to relax along the road or to have a base to start exploring the surroundings. Sustainable hotel which provides... More

The architecture of this hotel fits perfectly in the exceptionally beautiful surroundings. And the staff creates a perfect ambience. After fine dinner the two staff members went on drums and invited us to join with drums and guitar - an unforgettable experience in an unforgettable atmosphere. And the next morning an excellent breakfast outside with fantastic views of the rugged... More

We stayed in the cave rooms and they were wonderfully unusual. The restaurant standard was high and the reception area very nice. The location is stunning and I would definitely recommend providing you don't have any mobility issues as there were lots of stairs !! The bedroom could have benefited from a mirror and we didn't try the pool as... More

This hotel is built from native stone, and blends into the walls of the gorge. The lower rooms are actually caves that have been thoughtfully made into guestrooms. The setting is spectacular, with the gorge walls rising in front of and behind the hotel. There is a dry riverbed out front, and this must be amazing when the water is... More

This hotel was the best hotel we visited on our trip through Morocco. The friendliness of the staff was really great: the feeling that they will take good care of you starts on arrival. The restaurant serves very good food with a nice musical intermezzo, in which staff and guests (our kids) make music together. The area is stunning: just... More

Hotel is beyond the gorge overlooking the mountains. The cave bedroom is better than the photos; go for one of these if you can. The Moroccan staff seemed to genuinely enjoy you being there. Rooms clean, food good. Great to sit and watch the Berber goat herders gather the herd in the mountains and settle down for the night

The list of enthousiastic comments says it all. A magical place lost in the middle of the Toudra Gorges for a unique experience. We stopped at this hotel on the recommandation of "The Rough Guide to Morocco" which definitly doesn't underline the outstanding place it is, far from other recommandations. After a perfect dinner with the light of candles while... More
