What can I say about this hotel other than wow. In the middle of a gorge, surrounded by mountains and the rooms are 'caves'! The hotel has a very luxurious feel, and far enough from the world. Had an amazing dinner and breakfast. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating .

"Your Moroccan Tour" arranged for us to stay here one night of our 4 night/5 day tour. WOW! The setting is beautiful. It looks like a castle out of Arabian Nights! It is an Eco hotel, so uses solar power and the natural warmth and/or coolness of caves for the rooms. The cave rooms are sweetly decorated and have comfortable... More

January 19th: It`s a cold day in the mountains and gorges. Set at a bend in the river high above the rushing water below. The color of the hotels stone exterior blends harmoniously with the walls of the gorge surrounding it. Our host lead us to our room and explained that there was no heat here, just the warmth of... If you've never slept in a cave, this is your chance!! Our family of 10 (6 adults + 4 teenagers) stayed at Auberge le Festival during our Moroccan adventure. The "cave" rooms were enjoyed by both the young and old. As one of our group remarked "it's the warmest room I've had during the trip!" The gorge area is magnificent... More

This was a truly unique experience. Hidden deep within an amazing gorge this hotel is in one of the most breath-taking natural locations in the world. The entire area is pure nature with the only signs of human life within site the hotel it's self and the road leading to it. The village is about 5 km from the hotel.... More

We stayed at the Auberge for four nights at the end of October. After some busy days in Marrakech and a desert tour, the Auberge was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery of the Todra Gorge. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Youseff who made us feel right at home with his lovely smile. The owner,... More

This hotel is charming and clean and is nestled next to the Todra Gorge. It has superb views and a quiet ambience. We were booked into one of 4 cave rooms which was comfortable however it was very warm. Also the bathroom was quite cramped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff, great food and the unique... More

Almost blending in with the surrounding gorge's stone walls, Auberge Le Festival offers a delightful way to experience the stunning views of Todra Gorge. Very well equipped and spaciously arranged around terraces with great views, the hotel is a very pleasant location for your visit. Smiling and enthusiastic staff will look after all your requirements and serve a very tasty... More

A great find just 5km behind the busy Todra gorge and definitely worth two nights. The staff seemed to talk in 20 languages at once and we enjoyed wholesome and hearty home-cooked meals that hit exactly the right spot after a day of hiking. The cave rooms come highly recommended and are really original. The staff around owner Addi are... More
