This hotel is easy to find and close to the valley of roses and the gorges du dades. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and are an exception in Morocco. The rooms are large and clean and the showers really do get hot. Another wonderful feature is the nets in front of the window keeping the rooms (almost) mosquito... More

Upon our arrival at this Kasbah, my boyfriend & I were warmly greeted by the brothers who manage the place. This Kasbah was clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful and serene atmosphere. We loudly applaud the management of this kasbah for a very warm stay. Very mentionable home cooked meals and top tier service. This kasbah treats guests as old... More

Easy to find, on the main road, a good 7km from the turnpoint leading to the stunning Dades Gorges, about 10 from Boulmane where there is indeed nothing to see or do. But this little family run hotel is simple and charming, clean and cozy and welcoming because so are the two brothers who have turned their family home into... More

This kasbah is clean and well appointed and the wireless internet was lightning fast. But, this is not why you should stay here. You should stay here because the 2 brothers that own and manage it are warm, welcoming, make one hell of a spicy tajine (one of my favorite meals of our whole trip). They spent 5 years building... I stayed here with my husband and two others on a four day tour from Marrakech to Fez. This was a lovely hotel and we had a very friendly welcome from the host after a long days drive which was really appreciated. The rooms are nice and well-appointed. We had a fantastic tagine for dinner and the host came to... More

We stayed here one night this spring and had no complaints. The dinner was very good, the staff was very friendly, approachable, and talkative. Our room was spacious and we really enjoyed the the patio. A great place to stay!

My girlfrientd and I remained beautifully surprised; the welcome was extremely warm. We stayed two nights; rooms are clean and the food is genuine and cooked by the owners, who taught us how to cook a chicken and lemon tagine. They also showed us the area and brought us in a beautiful journey of the valley of roses.

My wife and I had a delightful stay at this newly renovated kasbah in May 2013. The decorations were classically Moroccan with a smattering of jazz musician pictures in the common room. The room was large, with a small separate room, a balcony, and plenty of hot water Very clean and comfortable. Two brothers were running this Moroccan owned kasbah... More

We spent one night here on our four day tour from Fes to Marrakech. It was a lovely hotel with very comfortable, clean rooms. We stayed at Porte du Dades while on a 16 day trip in Morocco, and this was by far the most rewarding overnight of the trip. Lacim and his brothers just opened this kasbah less than 6 months ago in an effort to keep their family home and property- their home next door is the oldest property in town and... More
