This hotel was part of a 2-night stay on an Intrepid Tour. The location of this property is majestic. You fall in love with its Moroccan charm. You cross a suspended wooden bridge from the main road. You can also walk thru the valley to see the happenings of village life (we had a local guide) and will eventually end... More

A traditional Kasbah with a great look and feel, however I cannot recommend to stay at. This is a large, multi level location that requires you and your bags to cross a suspension bridge whose undulations as you cross make it’s safety suspect. Given the location near the Dades Gorge, the Kasbah is multi levels, requiring many stairs to climb... More

Not for you if you're after 5* luxury with all the trimmings. But if you are looking for friendly, authentic service, in a stunning location, in clean rooms full of Moroccan charm and character, this is the place for you. Perfectly located for the Todra gorge area, this place has beautiful views and was very warm and cosy during a... More

After travelling around Morocco for 10 days as part of a small group tour, we came to Todra Gorge where we stayed for two nights. This was a lovely stay. The kasbah itself is well appointed, with plenty of room to spread out - there is no need to hide in your room if you want some space, with room... More

We staying here as a final night following our desert tour. It was great to stay high up in the mountains in the gorge. While I was there I happened to be sick and the staff were very kind in caring for us. They helped us when needed and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. It was very lovely.

The manager, "le gerant" = very unfriendly = understatement. He can ruin your holiday if you're not assertive. Doesn't know at all what it's means to take care of his guests. Location, food: quite nice. Personnel, other than the boss: congratulations.

Very charming place - so much that you don't want to go out to do some sightseeing and just relax with a book or a drink by the pool. Rooms are a bit cramped but comfortable. The service is excellent (the staff is very friendly and helpful) and in the evenings they double up as musicians too whipping the guests... More

This place has charm and space. Located off the main road up the gorge so quiet at night. Our room was a bit on the tight side but had a nice window overlooking the gorge and pool. Restaurant was comfortable. Having clothes laundered was very inexpensive. Only downside was having to lug our bags down the river bank and back... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in November 2013. The kasbah is beautiful both inside and out. The room was small but very clean and the bathroom was surprisingly large - the only downside was that the shower wasn't really a shower, but just a showerhead mounted on the wall. You basically have to keep everything that can't get wet... More

We spent one night on the way to Merzouga. It is a simple, clean hotel located in amazing Todra mountain. Hotel had to offer great location, views and great dinner. The rooms where very very simple, but clean and cool. The service was one of the best thought. Breakfast was simple, but good enough to continue the road trip with fool bellies:). I would recommend...
