The hotel is excellent, so is the service and the breakfast is amazing. The only issue I had is that the location on Google map (I booked through Agoda) showed it is in Gigiri, when in fact it is at least a 20 minute drive from that location. This needs to be rectified.

We felt like Queens and Kings staying at the Sovereign Suites. We were treated like royalty in surroundings fit for royalty at a very reasonable cost. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. We felt very safe and secure. The Spa treatment was second to none. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. It was well... More

We did NOT want to leave here and truly thought we were in the wrong place b/c it was so opulent and grand. A place like this would run you $1000/nite in NYC or San Fran. Americans have alot to learn from Kenyans- their service and desire to please you is sincere and wonderful. Our room was really like a... More

This hotel provides beauty, both inside and out. The rooms are large and extravagant with beautiful wood all over, chandeliers and high ceilings. The grounds are beautiful with a large pool and nice exercise facility. The breakfast is included, and you can choose from a variety of foods which were all good (ie fresh fruit, omelettes, porridge...). But what impressed... More

Sovereign Suites was beyond our expectations. The staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome. You must see this place to believe it! The location means more time in a taxi, but you will not regret it. Our trip to Nairobi was all the more memorable and enjoyable because of the hotel and staff at Sovereign Suites.

Fabulous location for an afternoon coffee/tea, or a meal or that memorable function. Tucked away in Limuru, the lush green lawns, exquisitely decorated rooms for dining are breathtaking. Excellent service by staff and just the right place to be when you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. Very nice.

Let me start by saying that when it comes to location i have to say that this place is nowhere near Village markets as it states on the internet but for us it didnt matter seeing we wanted to relax. I have stayed in many hotels both in Europe and Africa and i can honestly say i´ve never experienced more... More

I never seen such a beautiful hotel in Africa. Gorgeous style of exteriors and antique inreriors with cozy atmosphere like a home. Highly recommended to accommodate at the sovereign hotel, if you visit Nairobi. You will be also satisfied with the kind service and delicious food provided as buffet.

Compare to the price, the service and facilities are very satisfying. Especially the place is very calm and clean. You can also enjoy swimming pool and gym for exercise. Dont worry about eating too much :)
