This hotel is a fairly standard Best Western. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. From the time we checked into the front desk to the time we checked out, the staff here were incredible! Any issues we had were small and few( the remote was replaced with a new one)Actually it was all good!!!!!! more

Stayed there 3 days. Good location if you don't want water access. Staff was helpful in our questions about the area. Decent breakfast, the staff tries to act like hosts when the crowd is larger, which is good for traffic flow. more

The front desk staff were helpful in telling us about Lake George and the what to do. The owner also owns another hotel Fort Henry which is closer to the action of the little village so you can park there for free then walk around. Lake George is a beautiful place to visit and great for families. Nightlife is safe.... more

I was very dubious about making a reservation after reading trip advisor, however we did go. The hotel was pretty full, but I found all of the staff exceedingly nice. Although the breakfast room was busy, our needs were met by an efficient, competent staff, and my kids loved the make your own waffles. We would definitely go again. more

The srevice was very nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the beds were cosy, the pillows were actualy a treat. The only problem in the bath was that the water was not always warm.
