Checked in for location and big parking lot. Had a trailer going to Warrensburg garage sale. Booked 3 rooms over 2 nights. Before I could even get there, my friends were leaving. Disgusted by bugs in fridge, bugs on curtains, bugs on bed ( giant Spider), rusty water, and a completely unconcerned front desk associate (mohan) who was obviously instructed... More

First of the map of the location of this hotel was false. I stayed there for the adirondack nationals thinking it was in town and it was a mile outside of town. The service sucks and the recipitionists were rude. I booked the room for four people to sleep in. Durning the day two more of our friends came in... More

The lobby and hallways smell like body odor. If you are a business traveler, good luck getting a receipt at the desk. Older lady at desk is nice, but apparently is not given the ability to print receipts. Had to wait 25 minutes for someone in an office to send the receipt to the desk. No free breakfast like other... The beds were hard as a rock, no pillow top as advertised. the bathroom was disgusting! hair everywhere, mold all over the tub and shower linings. the toilet barley flused and handle had to be held down the entire flush and the toilet was set crooked. there was no... Could not use room toilet for 2 nights. Had to use lobby toilet. When we checked in I reported the toilet did not work properly. Never fixed...reported it 4 times. Also reported that the door did not close properly..never fixed. Never offered another room. Does have a nice pool.

Struggled to find an inexpensive but decent hotel in peak season (early August) and came upon this place through the Last Minute Travel site, which says you get even cheaper prices if you download the app, which I did. What a pleasant surprise: just 1 mile from the hub in Lake George, clean rooms, no smell and updated carpeting. Incredibly... More

This was an average stay at an average hotel in a great city. The location was close to all the attractions and accessible to the New York thruway. The highlight of our short stay was the 2 hour cruise on Lake George and the restaurants which were minutes away from the hotel.

Hotel was able to accommodate an impulse to stay in Lake George on a whim. Staff was friendly, room was clean. They even matched a lower rate found on a booking site, which was much appreciated, We're early risers, so not having a coffee pot in the room forced an early trip out for coffee, which was a bit of... I had a reservation for an October weekend for a conference. I got to this hotel and all the doors were locked but a sign gave a phone number to call. Called the number and a gentleman said that he would be right there. He was ... but as soon as he checked me in, he left and I WAS... More
