The hotel is dirty! The lack of security is appauling. I cannot believe they stuck a single female in the back of the hotel. My phone in the room did not work.

My wife and I stayed at the inn On the way to Syracuse. It was late and we show the hotel and decided to spent the night. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Not at this joint.! It takes 10-15 minutes for the hot water to "kick in"..Yes, run the water till the hot water kicks in.. Talk about waste of our dear natural resource, water! I stayed here on the way home from Boston after I found that the Hampton Inn was full. Regular rate was ~$100, but I was only charged $89. Stayed here because convenient to NY Thruway exit. Very overpriced and unfriendly front desk staff. Adjacent restaurant is good but indoor pool is very small and exercise room minimal. One nice thing is a small microwave in room as well as the coffee machine.

Hotel was TERRIBLE!! Very overpriced, no continental breakfast, pool much smaller than pictures suggest, all rooms reek of smoke smells, hotel is NOT smoke free. Wallpaper peeling, loud furnace, NO ELEVATOR. Walls paper thin. Loud party next to our room until 3 a.m. We heard everything and got no sleep that night at all. Positive: friendly staff trying to accomodate tired travellers at 11 o'clock at night in a horribly outdated, unclean and wasted hotel. Negative: dirty, dirty, dirty place. Really not worth the 109$ they charged me for a night. This hotel is a real joke....
