Where to begin... I'll start with the positive: Great water pressure (that is, if you don't mind standing in a disgusting bath tub to enjoy it). After reading the reviews, you might be tempted to think, "Oh, it can't be THAT bad; I'll try it and see for myself." DON'T DO IT. The reviews are true: This hotel is filthy,... More

My mother, sister and I stayed here this past weekend as part of my 30th bday celebration and it was a HUGE let down. Unfortunately we didn't look at reviews beforehand and boy were we sorry. The hotel is COMPLETELY run-down. It was like a strange time warp. Nothing has been updated since the 70s and because of that items... More

I ended up at this hotel because it was the chosen hotel for wedding guests at a nearby wedding. I wish I would have read Tripadvisor before that and saved me a horrible night at a this broken down hotel. Perhaps it once had a heyday but it has been decades since then. There is no hiding the flaws. Even... More

Nice people, potential for a great resort, but completely rundown. Golf course was a goat pasture and the pool wasn't even open. I couldn't believe the standards of the rooms. Nothing has changed since 1975...sleep with one eye open. Don't let their website fool you.

We spent 8 day of Passover at the Hudson Valley Resort Hotel and Spa. It is an old hotel and the small of mildew hits you the moment you enter but after a day or so you get very uset to it. The hotel has lots of facilites such as an outdoor and indoor poor and full spa. There is... More

This hotel is in a very pretty, secluded spot but is very run down. I spent a weekend there with a group of friends the last three years and each year it seems to be more disappointing. The rooms are barely adequate, (you may or may not have hot water, no microwave or coffemaker) the food is okay but not... More

As I arrived here to have a great Senior trip with my friends, I was disappointed. The lobby is the only place where it is nicely represented, although the room are dull. It is clean but the sheets had a odd odor. The towels at the room were dirty. The lamps and some of the furniture are damaged. The beds... More

The Hudson Valley Resort and Spa is a great place to stay. The staff is super friendly and really want to help you have a pleasant time while you are their guest. We were treated to complimentary breakfast during our stay and it was delicious. It was made-to-order and well prepared. The room was clean and roomy. We were given... More

It's not the greatest hotel nor is it the best food nor the most friendly staff; however, the resort is a fun place to make memories with a large group of people. I have been there 6 times -each a five day visit - and have always had a blast. A trip is what you make it. Seeing all my... More

Don't have much time but i will give a little summary of my stay. I came 2 night before the big New years party and was assisted by Yelena at the front door. I was brought food from dinner that she saved me, but actually dinner was over. It was so kind of her, she also offered me coffee and... More
