This inn is like home- homemade breakfast in the morning, cookies waiting in the hall after a long day of hiking. Beautiful rustic architecture, fireplace in the eating area... We stayed at Trails End this October. The setting of the inn is beautiful . My 5 year old LOVED the optional sleeping porch we had in our room.. This is an open and welcoming place that does NOT overpower you with frills. It's basic, somewhat rustic and very comfortable. The rooms are just that, rooms.
