We had a wonderful stay at the KVL this Christmas week The rooms were charming and the freshly made muffins and eggs in the morning were yummy. George was a warm and friendly host and gave us helpful tips on where to hike and what to bring-- microspikes turned out to be a must for our hike up Hurricane. We'll... More

We were driving into Keene Valley for the first time. My wife said "that's a really pretty place. I wish we were staying there". Imagine her surprise when I pulled in. We stayed in room 1. Actually a suite. Great place. It is old and has held its charm. Breakfast is pretty basic. Eggs, oatmeal, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal. Nothing... More

Hospitable, friendly B&B in an interesting old house right in town. Well managed, comfortable rooms, really nice homemade breakfast, innkeepers Laurie and George are very involved and friendly. They are a great resource in helping you to plan your day. It is also a nice place to relax, and convenient to the town and the many mountain trails.

A friend and I just stayed for one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. It was clean, with lots of character and very friendly staff. It's a lovely old house with a great atmosphere and nicely located for hiking and visiting the area. Can't wait to come back again.

Charming bed and breakfast, charming hosts and delicious breakfast ( including the coffee!). It's in a perfect location for access to several trails and the small staff at inn was very helpful with guiding us to an appropriate plan for our day hike. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly guests and several were repeat guests. Will definitely... More

Absolutely the best part of our trip was staying at this B&B! Our room was very clean and the atmosphere was so welcoming it felt like we were home (although we had traveled clear across the US). The owners were so welcoming and the homemade breakfast was absolutely amazing. The details that went into this B&B were so impressive and... More

I have been staying at this Inn for years now. A very relaxed atmosphere in a large cozy old house. The owners, George and Laurie, are the best. After many years some of my immediate family have stayed there, my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 8 year old grandson. They all agree that this is the place to stay when in... More

What a great B&B, room and bath were immaculate, decor all beautiful antiques, breakfast delicious and healthy. Easy wifi and no TV which is a big plus. The owner George is a great guy, engaging and fun to visit with. One of living rooms has a beautiful working granite fireplace. As aspiring 46ers this will be our base camp.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Beede Suite which was very comfortable and spacious. The lodge had a wonderful charm and the hosts were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of all possible local activities and places. Every walk they suggested was amazing. Breakfast was extensive and delicious - fresh fruits, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, eggs and the unbelievable home made... More
