Although the trip was for business the 2nd time around, it was great to be able to stay at such a wonderful place. It's like a home away from home. The room and hosts were exceptional!

Beautiful setting! We did a quick "warmup" hike to a waterfall on property. Our host Amy was wonderful! We learned a lot about the house and area, had a very comfortable room complete with kitchenette. Very peaceful front porch to curl up w/ a great book. Cozy fireplace in the room for those cool mountain nights. Left feeling completely relaxed!... More

If you're interested in Adirondack hiking (especially in the High Peaks), Keene Valley is a great choice and in Keene Valley you won't go wrong with The Snow Goose . . . the trailhead for Giant is just a few minutes away. Amy and Wayne are gracious, accommodating hosts who even managed to put together an excellent breakfast when the... More

We stay in B&B's whenever we travel and this has been our favorite so far. We are hoping to go back this fall.

Our stay at the Snow Goose Bed and Breakfast was wonderful. We absolutely loved our visit. The owners are excellent in their customer service, friendly and have great knowledge of the area. Our room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The home, the land, very serene and peaceful. It was a fantastic get-away and I thank the owners (Amy & Wayne)... More

We have now spent a couple of weekends at the Snow Goose, and we love it. Amy & Wayne are great host, the rooms are nice, and the breakfast is awesome. We spend our weekend hiking, and the Snow Goose is centrally located within a short distance of most of the trail heads. We will definitely be spending many more... More

We loved our stay in the Legacies room. We had the advantage of coming and going through our own private entrance as well as being able to enter the main house. The most enjoyable part of the stay was sitting in front of our entrance in the big Adirondacks chairs at 6:00 a.m. As we enjoyed our coffee, the light... More

My boyfriend and I were planning a couple nights away and decided on Lake Placid. I came across the Snow Goose in my search for a place to stay and it was the best part of our weekend. It's about 20 miles from LP and very reasonably priced. Wayne and Amy are welcoming and provided plentiful tips of places for... More
