No way, ever again will we stay at this hotel. If you have allergies, asthma or just want to breathe, take our advice and stay away. We requested a non-smoking room. We have stayed here a number of times, and because a business associate loves the motel, will undoubtedly stay here again. If you are staying in Binghamton because of access to SUNY, you will be less than ten minutes away. The motel is adequate. This is a nice hotel, and the rates are good compared to others in the area. It has a continental breakfast, business room w/2 computers, complimentary USA today at the front desk, a lounge on 1st floor for cocktails.
