If you want a break in the middle of no where, with the comforts of home (in a rustic setting) then this location is a must. Fantastic setting, monkeys, zebras and giraffes on your door step, food is good and the staff make you feel welcome all the time. The sunset setting is second to none that this writer has... More

Beautiful setting complete with lake side apartments for those who need accommodation. Free barbecue facilities were out to good use but our guests. The reptile house is a great addition and u can even hold a snake. Although it was weekend it was not overly busy and the site was clean and excellently maintained. The highlight of the trip was... I stayed with a large group of friends, some stayed in the chalets, the rest of us in the 'tents'. I stayed in the 'tents' which were large built in rooms with a shower toilet and sink, also a decking area and the best view of the lake and wildlife surrounding us. In the evening we sat around a perfect... More

I have been back to Nsobe twice since my last review and can add the following thoughts for potential visitors: - the game camp is definitely OPEN! there have been some reports that it may be temporarily closed, but these are groundless - get down there and enjoy the scenery, cuisine, service and escapism from the bustle of Zambia -... Situated 20 or 30km South of the quite large Copperbelt town of Ndola is this little gem of a game park. It's around 1,500 hectares of a mix of open grasslands and woodland, with game-drives meandering through, and various vantage points from which to stop and admire the views and the animals. I have been fortunate enough to stay twice:... More

Spent a wonderful day and night at this restful facility. For the package tag of bed, dinner and breakfast one can not ask for more. The only advice to management is that Nsobe needs attention. The tented chalets don't close fully as the zipping mechanism is falling down. Please bring in new tents. Service and food are still very good... More

While the family chalets need to be totally remodeled and the pool was as green as the lake, the service was excellent and very friendly, and the property was beautiful and such a nice departure from Lusaka. It's true that during the days and evenings our chalet was very peaceful, but at night and early in the morning the 75... More

Beautiful place far out in the "bush". Water (dams) all around, lots of birds and antelopes. You have a choice of either fully equipped tents or chalets. The only thing that looked bad was the dirty pool. A pity because it was beautifully situated close to the dam and a nice bar area. Overall impression; Peaceful, clean, nice food, friendly... More

My family and I stayed at the bush camp recently and is was fantastic. Completely separate from the main camp, we didn't see a soul for days, we saw zebra, giraffe and eland in very close quarters though! The game wander about freely and came very close to us to graze. The chalets are luxurious and the outdoor bathrooms with... More

We arrived on a public holiday and the park was in Chaos. Day trippers have their own section, but they were throughout the park, the campsite was overrun and there was hardly any space to pitch the tent. There was music everywhere and people were in a party mood. After 6 pm though, everybody left and normality resumed - the... More
