otherwise would be mediocre. Food is OK, setting is pleasant and easy to walk over to monumnet showing where over 10,000 slaves annually walked their last steps on African soil to slavery from the fort area. Its a 2 mile walk a nd with a good guide fascinating. AC works well, its a lovely setting on beach with quite a... More

I first heard about this place from friends who made an official vacation to the place, and decided I had to visit with my fiancé. It had loads of activities and fun things to do, however, by 7pm the entire place was quiet and we had nothing to do. It would have been awesome if the bar had a dj... More

For the second time, we spent New year's eve there again this year, as a matter of fact we were there for 2 nights 3 days. The food was terrible! As usual, overpriced and we had the chicken, fish and mutton leftovers, over and over again, barbecued, grilled, in a sauce or with a dressing. The a la carte food... More

My stay at Casa was overall a nice one. I am not too impressed with the room though, meals are expensive but you definitely will get a value for your money - meals are "cette superb" in my words. The beach view and a feel of nature was quite interesting (loved the location of my room). The road leading to... More

As long as you can take the rather... 'Rustic' road to this resort.. There really is no reason to stay elsewhere. Delightfully appointed bungalow style accommodation backing either onto the beach or lagoon.. Each air conditioned tastefully appointed and clean offer a wonderful place to relax - think Miami style. Throw in excellent facilities.. Especially notable pools.. As well as... More

Pluses The resort is quite beautiful. The view is amazing, especially on the beach side. We stayed in a privilege room and I think the extra few bucks was definitely worth it. The resort was very tranquil and peaceful, a nice getaway from the rest of the world. The rooms were clean, and had a TV and refrigerator. The TV... More

even though this place is not very far from Cotonou.....the road was in extremely bad condition. It took us 2 hours to get there....but once arrived I was charmed by the place. The hotel, it's restaurant, it's in house spa. We spent one night there, early in the morning we were awoken by the noise of the birds knocking at... More

I have been to many West African resorts and the hotel itself was nice by many standards. However, the poor service and expensive price stood out even by West Africa standards. The worst part was that the hotel charged $30 for a 11 km trip into town. As the hotel has a monopoly on this service, make sure you either... More

Spent two nights here. its a massive property which you can reach after a hectic but scenic 7 KM drive on the rough patch of a beach from the city. Its probably the best so far we have seen in West Africa. If youre coming from Nigeria, you might want to not go back :-) Food - options but limited... More

I had been there in Dec 2013 for a 2 day trip during Christmas. It was a nice resort as per African Standards. Limited option in fooding specially if your a vegetarian. Language is a little problem as people don't understand English. French is more commonly used. Otherwise rest well all okay. Decent beaches. Average swimming pool. Overall a decent... More
