Great Value on Long Island. I am a consultant and as such, travel repeatedly. When I am on Long Island, I always stay at the Meadowbook. Why? Because it is a great value. Yes, the hotel is not the newest but, it is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and the furnishings are perfect for the business traveler. Strong... More

It looked a little old and worn out from the outside. Nothing impressive on the inside either. Seemed ok. Woke up in the middle of the night to a huge beg bug crawling near my head. Immediately packed up and drove home in the middle of a snow storm.

I needed inexpensive accommodation, in Nassau County, for one night. This is a basic motel, which does some things right. I was pleased with the free WiFi and my room had a microwave, and a fridge, although I didn't get a chance to use them. The cable TV worked fine, too. Yes, it's a bit plain and the bathroom amenities... More

OK so this place is an older motel Looks like it may have been an old Econo Lodge or something. That being said it was clean, freshly painted, new carpet and , updated bathroom. Soooo you get a clean safe place to sleep and shower and save a few bucks. The driveway is easy to miss, and may require a... More

I resided at this lodge over an extended period of time. Their entire staff provided great staff support. They have the best prices on Long Island per capita. Choose the center wing of the lodge for best comfort.

Under $90.00 for one night, room was clean with micro and frig. Bathroom was small but updated, my room had a small table and chairs. Also desk for work, towels looked like they were from a thrift store...they were soo thin, bed was too soft. Clean people were using Marshall Dept Store carts to carry their supplies. Alexandria the front... More

The pictures and reviews were so not true. The place is a one night no tell motel. great trucker stop. please do not go. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to list this. The beds were awful, pillows were flat. I can't believe that the bathroom was actually clean. but no Kleenex, soap was a very tiny bar, towels were tiny.
