Well kept, quiet hotel. Right off the highway a bit of a way from downtown. Nice indoor pool and a good free breakfast, although there are several fast-food places within walking distance. Recent renovations include very comfortable bed linens. Front desk staff very friendly. Free parking. I enjoyed my business-related stay.

I LOVE staying at the Hampton Inn in Jamestown, NY when I visit there.....it's always sooo clean, the staff is friendly, the pool is very clean, the beds are VERY comfy, and the breakfast is very yummy too!! A great place for children too!!

This hotel was recently renovated and is very nice. Best of all the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. There were many nice little touches that added to our experience there. I highly recommend this hotel.

An overall very good stay. Conveniently located with newer, clean and well appointed rooms (for the price). Friendly and helpful staff and good hotel amenities. The best place to stay in the area. Convenient to book on-line and accumulatinf Hilton Honors points are a plus.

The hotel was in the middle of renovations and it appeared as though it is going to be really nice when it's complete. I believe that for the area, the price of the hotel is a little high. The pool was very cold as well as the air in the pool area.

As Hampton Inn's go this was your typical Hampton Inn. The rooms are clean and the Breakfast was good. As always with "cookie cutter" hotels it is the staff that makes the difference. The staff here is pleasant and helpful. If you are in the area this is a clean place to stay.
