The service and room was great. The noise level was the problem. Planes flying over head kept me away all night. In addition the AC unit was extremely loud. Would stay here again it I needed to. The conference rooms where my meeting took place were clean and the wait staff very accommodating.

I stay here often for business as it is convenient to JFK airport. Last visit here was not good. I spoke to Alyssa C at the front desk and she said she would like to help me on next visit. When I checked in yesterday she remembered me and with a smile did the best she could to accommodate me.... More

I have bee stayed this hotel in JFK Hilton hotel. This is my first visiting to Hilton hotel. The staff is kind but the quality of service is not good enough. The bathroom should be equipped with the bath tube so that the guest feel release the travel tension. But it doesn't provide that. Kind of disappointing.

Stayed here for one night prior to cruise very close to airport clean room nice facility's had evening meal choice good as well as service bar staff and concierge very helpful hotel shuttle very handy too will definitely stay again

I booked a two queen beds, non-smoking room for my family. They gave our room to others and kept pushing me to take a smoking room for 30 mins around midnight. One staff S was not helping us at all and kept saying they are fully booked and pushed us to take the smoking room. She had really bad attitude.... More
