Pretty depressing to come into the dump that is JFK after 8 hour flight from Europe at 11 pm only to have to get on a train and find some shuttle to a rather shabby hotel. Perfectly adequate stay. No complimentary breakfast for an overpriced 6 hour stay...

Comfortble rooms. Excellent service. Restaurant better than average. (Nothing else close.) It is very close to JFK. We got in one evening and left the next morning. Shuttle was very punctual. I would stay here again.

Next to the airport very convenient nice professional staff. Clean rooms quiet and nice beds. Fridge and microwave in room is nice but eat at the restaurant which is great. There where several issues with first initial room. Most of the staff where exceptionally wonderful. The serving staff in the restaurant are rude and need some lessons on customer service and social skills. The housekeeping where wonderful. The management where also great at solving issues and compensating for those problems. The beds felt like cement and caused some back issues... More
