Can't get a better bargain at JFK airport. Staff were friendly courteous and efficient. The shuttle to the the airport was on time. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes to pick us up.

“Good Airport hotel”

Had a great stay. I have stayed here before and didnot have good experience. It looks like lot of effort and $ have been put and Hotel looks better and service improved. Shuttle to Airport was great and desk pepole were very professional,

“Oh my god!!”

My 12 year old daughter had food poisoning for two days after having a hamburger at this hotel. The valet service for park and fly was awful, not helpful, no luggage handling, watched me struggle to get the bags out of my car. Unbelievable! Dark and miserable lobby environment.

“Great stay despite the layover”

Was a great stay inspite of the weather conditions; staff was helful and security was always present in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. We used the shuttle service back to the airport and the driver was very courtous. Will return soon

“DISGUSTING”

My flight with Cathay was cancelled and they sent me to this hotel. I still don't understand how an airline can send a passenger to a place like this one. Ugly spaces, terrible food, dirty rooms, bad smell, vending machines making a horrible noise in the hallways... absolutely nothing positive to say about this hotel.
