My office put me in this motel. On arrival, I noticed that the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned. The ceilings were covered with water stains and the place had a very strong smell of mold. The furniture in the room looked like it was 20 years old and the place had an ample supply of bugs. I... More

First of all, I traveled all day to get there and they overbooked themselves and told me they didn't have a room for me. Secondly, when they did "find" a room, it was more like a maintenance closet. The mattress was filthy and the air conditioner was extremely noisy, so I couldn't sleep. I got up and searched for bed... More

I was in this hotel only one night but it was terrible.its sooo old and dirty! And i was scared to sleep there! Receptionist (old guy) was fighting for about an houre with some people in the loby i think in the end even police was there! The room was not so cheap! You dont get what you pay for!... More

It would be a lot more helpful as to what this guest was referring to as old and dirty after posting a review more than half year after claiming to have stayed at the hotel. It renders this review as suspicious, or that it is just a case of ‘herd mentality’ of a few negative reviewers. The hotel will never... More

It is hard to put into words exactly how terrible this establishment is. I am not precious when it comes accommodation, particularly not when the alternative is a long overnight wait in an airport terminal. So when I booked a room at the JFK Inn, I just thought "How bad could it be?" Bad, is the answer. Bad beyond belief.... More

If this reviewer was not so obviously enamored with his novice horror writer skills in this review, void of recommendations or appreciation for anything at all, this review might be somewhat helpful to its readers instead of being just malicious. If fact, this reviewer even has a morbid interpretation for freshly brewed coffee and unshelled boiled eggs –courtesy to our... More

This place is an absolute dive. The carpet had a tear in it, the furniture has been there since 1990, the bed was creaky, the mattress gave me a back ache, the bathroom was too small to get dressed in, the room overlooked a school bus parking (forget about sleeping in during the week), and to top it off you... The Hotel apologizes to this guest for the un-returned deposit, although this may not be entirely the Staffs’ fault. The hotel does not keep record of guest credit cards to execute transactions. Like most hotels, this hotel, at time of checking-in, guests are charged a $40 deposit, preferably on credit card, and reminded to submit the very card for refund... More

Budget. Old room, smells wet. Air conditioner works loud as a tank. But if you need to spend a night between flights and you feel very tired may be you won't care. Receptionist is nice. But I would not stay here second time, especially with a family.

Pros: Convenience to airport. Accommmodated five(5) of us to a room. It took 2 double-beds and a rollaway for an additional $30. It worked out fine. Cons: Overall updates, especially to breakfast room. My elderly mother had to struggle up the stairs because there are no elevators. Location: Not much to do nearby but we did not mind driving. It... Horrible hotel. Women behind reception told us that hotel was overbooked (blaming booking.com) but had a room booked in "sister" hotel Econolodge, which was perfect because it had a casino around the corner. We were just there for 1 night to have a good night sleep. Econolodge was a terrible place in the ghetto of queens, dirty, noisy and used... More

I chose this because of it's nearness to JFK airport and in addition they have shuttle. But I don't know there are some other things to look for before booking a motel. 1)Bad Shuttle service. I was almost stranded at the airport waiting for the shuttle.I kept on calling them for 30 mins and they didn't pick it..forget about returning your... More
