Thank God I only had to stay for one night! -No elevator -Rooms are NOT clean, air conditioning is poor and rooms are dark. -Service? Average. -Breakfast, Average. Don't pay more than $100.oo a/n It's not worth it, they're better hotels near. Stay if it is for one night/emergency and if the rate is lower than $100UsD , or lower!... More

The hotel was old, dirty and ghe staff unfriendly. We stayed there for two nights and nobody came to clean the room. The wifi signal wasn't available in our room. I was never before in a hotel like this. I guess its made for prostitutes to spend few ours with the guys

After reading the reviews I was dreading my stay. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to room after a long journey. The room was large, with a wide screen TV and shower which is all I really needed! After the reading the reviews about the wifi I was not expecting much, but had great connection all the time! Look... More

We would especially like to thank this guest for this review - confirming our exact claims and goals. For reviewers are more driven to write reviews in vindictive negativity when 'discontented' rather than the other way around. Although we are a 2-Star Airport hotel, we especially are catering to the needs of travelers through the busy JFK Airport; although there... More

Needed hotel for one night close to JFK. Got good price for JFK Inn. Rather pay more but stay in nicer hotel. Room was dirty, as soon as I open the door-I saw two roaches running across the floor. Went to front desk and asked to switch to another room-they told me their are booked and can't do it, but... More

Hotel Staff members are trained to deal with immediacy, whatever pestilences may arise, and also to apply preventive measures in combating especially roach and bedbug problems, which seem to arise seasonally from time to time in New York City – hotels are no exception to these pestilence invasion. On inquiry into this matter, it is revealed that this guest very... More

I was recently doing the Camp America programme and was planning to travel to NYC after my camp contract ended. I was flying out of JFK airport(which they have a free shuttle to the airport) so I thought this place was convenient. I booked in with friends for 3 nights and then booked in a final 4 nights on my... More

Although we are an airport hotel, we have been seeing a remarkable increase in longer length-of-stays guests, especially our returning guests, both for pleasure and business. Guests are ‘cashing in’ on our cheaper rates and great amenities such as free shuttle service, parking, café bar, courtesy breakfast, telephone, wifi, etc. In fact, we recently did a $20,000 upgrade to our... We arrived late into New York and after 20+ hours in the air all we wanted was a bed. A short cab ride and we were very impressed. Whether it was the time I'm uncertain but when we walked into the lobby they said our name. Easy as, the staff were so friendly and polite. A great restaurant is on... More

Arrived late at night and eventually took a cab as I waited over and hour at the air train.Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in and the room was suitable for an overnight stay. Bed was comfy and I had a good nights sleep. WiFi was very weak to non existent, to be fair I was warned that it... More

Stayed 3 days at JFK Inn. Shuttle pulled up right when we got on the ground from AirTrain. Hotel stay was decent. Breakfast was average (muffins, bagels, toast, donuts, hard boiled eggs, cereal and coffee). Staff was nice and helpful with directions to get into the city.

Booked this hotel for a stopover before we drove to the Hamptons. Arrived to be told they had over booked and were sending us to another hotel in Queens but needed my credit card to charge rooms at JFK rather than at the alternative hotel. Alternative hotel was very basic but looking at the JFK I think it was a... More
