Delta booked my wife and three kids in here at 2am on Monday morning following a flight not being able to connect. They gave us keys for a room on the fourth floor which did not work and a room on another floor with only one bed in it. We went down to the desk to get new keys only... More

Out of the last 3 years, I have spent 339 days in hotels. I must say that this is the worst hotel that I have ever seen. (For comparison, I usually stay at hotels such as Holiday Inn, Courtyard.) This place is just downright nasty. Stained carpet, splatters all over the wall, dirty bathrooms, terrible mattress, bugs in the bed,... More

My home was flooded out during Spring 2014. It was impossible to find a Pet-Friendly Hotel at the last minute in my area. Fortunately, I was directed to this hotel and was Amazed by the friendliness of the staff. First, the hotel lobby was immaculate and comfortable. Next, the Front Desk Agent (Lorraine) who greeted me was not only welcoming... More

Stayed July 2014. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The only little irritant was when i ask for change at the reception i was told they don't give change. I told them that the vending machine was not accepting $5 bills and i need some $1 notes. Finally after some insistence they gave in. It was frustrating having to beg foe... More

I was sent to this hotel after I voluntarily relinquish my seats due to an overbooked flight. The rooms are horrible I felt like something was crawling on me and the furniture was in very poor condition the desk scribbled on the view was the yeah compactor I felt like someone threw up the 1970's and left it there the... After waiting 1 hour for a shuttle that is 10 minutes away we arrive to a very overpriced room!!! For the price, shuttle wait and very mediocre room all I can say is stay away!!!! For the same amount and better amenities go for a name brand like Radison or Hyatt.

Booked this hotel as I had to pick up one of my friend from JFK whose flight was arriving early morning & had one of the worst experiences in my hotel stays: 1) Long check-in queues being serviced by ONLY one person on counter and that too very very slow frequently interrupted for attending front desk phone calls 2) When... Jetblue sent me here when they suddenly canceled my connection due to "maintenance." So needless to say I was already in a poor mood by the time I got my bag, and took the Airtrain to the hotel shuttle stop. I called the hotel to get picked up, then sat there for over 30 minutes as one after another hotel... More

I had to stay 1 night in New York waiting for my flight connection and booked this hotel from the airport. Booking Process: I was told that a shuttle bus is coming every 15 minutes. It works every 30 minutes and looks they have only one bus. Check In: Slow but not bad. Girl in Reception, Quenesha, was very fast... More

After our flight from London landed late at JFK we found we had missed our connecting flight and couldn't get out until the following morning. The hotel desk at JFK said almost everything was already filled up, but the Garden Inn & Suites had rooms, had a shuttle and was affordable. Yes, it's in an industrial neighborhood, but most of...
