Friendly staff, clean room, great location. Paid $80. Best Super 8 I've been in. The breakfast was plain but I was happy with a bagel and a banana! The staff made a good recommendation for dinner to us. Would definitely stay again. Room heater was a little hard to control otherwise I'd give than a 5 too. more

We returned today from a 4 night stay at the Super 8 in Ithaca, NY. We were visiting family who are expecting a baby any day. The staff (Regina, Angela, Alex and others) went out of their way to help us out and welcome us. Angela even gave us a ride to Walmart in her own car! The facility is... more

I loved our recent stay at the Super 8 in Ithaca! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. The positive reviews on tripadvisor were right! It is right in the city, so it was very close to everything. My daughter was visiting Ithaca College and it was very close. The clerks had maps and directions. There was... more

This hotel was adequate for my needs. We found our room to be clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay to visit Cornell University. The only problem was we were given a room on the 2nd floor and there was not an elevator. I recommend you request a 1st floor room if you have difficulty carrying your luggage upstairs.... more

We stayed here on a Wednesday night in June. Everything was adequate to above average; we had no problems at all. Staff was helpful with directions, room was clean. Breakfast was typical continental-breakfast type: coffee, tea, bagels, fruit, packaged danish, juice. Overall, this is a good hotel for the price. more

Great one night stay while staying in town for a Cornell student. The hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful with directions and dinner recommendations. The room had recently been renovated and bedding was newer quality. Continental breakfast was more than adequate with fresh fruit and yogurt offered as well. I would definitely come back to this Super 8. more

As with many things in life it all depends on what you are looking for.Having a child at Ithaca and making trips to the area over the past 3 years I will tell you this is not a bad place. We have stayed at 7 different properties in the area from the overpriced ones to finally a decently priced one,... more

The Super 8 always impresses me with comfortable furnishings -- bed, bath, desk and comfy chair in room with one queen sized bed -- and this one was equally comfortable -- for a great price! The staff was young and lacking in professionalism/polish, but they were helpful, courteous and efficient. My only complaint is that the sound from the halls,... more

I stayed at this Super 8 for one night in March of this year. I was throughly impressed. The hotel was spotless, my main concern, and the staff cheerful and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in Ithaca. I have stayed at many Super 8 / Motel 6 types of places and... more

The good first: the night desk clerk, and morning desk clerk, both women, were considerate, kind & helpful. The rest of the story: We arrive around 9:00 PM for a one night stay. The smell of mildew throughout the entire first floor hallway was overpowering, but we figured we'd check out the room to see if it was bearable as... more
