Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you're visiting Cornell since it is right on campus. The hotel has been updated and well-maintained, but you feel like you're staying in a hotel built in the 80's. Monopoly on location and no other choice in the city. Too expensive for what it is.

we stayed there on our daughters move in to the dorms weekend. The staff were amazing and friendly. They made the stay worthwhile. One negative was the restaurant was always full and unable to get seats.

With taxes and parking for 1 night 397 US $. The student/staff are paid a little more than minimum wage. Very eager polite and anticipate the guests needs. I asked why the high prices was told because it was move in weekend for the students. I am not a business guy but did it occur to anyone they should lower... More

If you are visiting the college, this hotel is a great choice. I felt the rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and small but still functional overall. The hotel employs many students which keeps the atmosphere fun and lively. They were also very helpful for visiting prospective students since they were more than happy to... More

You can't beat being on campus in this luxurious, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious with high-end amenities (feather pillows standard). The students who work there go the extra mile and everyone is super cheerful and friendly.

First rate staff. Room is mediocre; certainly not commensurate with the price. Food unavailable when restaurants are closed, except for room server. Feeling of car being held captive - remove parking w/valet service. I would prefer to be able to come and go with more ease. Side of bed closest to bathroom broken down.

Centrally located to campus, I spent the day on campus and was greeted by friendly staff who took car of my every need. I enjoyed the accommodations which were very comfortable. After driving to campus the luxury accommodations are appreciated!

This hotel, for what it is, is a great place to stay. Its not a five star hotel in terms of suites or room size, but it is very well managed. The food is great and the environment is wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone staying at or near Cornell.

This is essentially a hotel school and therefore certain leeway has to be given. By and large, the quality of the service is very friendly and with enthusiasm, especially with valet, restaurant and bar attendants. However, the quality of the check out was poor and the check in was indifferent. There was a problem at the check out which was... More
