I visited with two friends for a birthday celebration and a day of Christmas shopping. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the Innkeeper, Lynette and her adorable tiny rescue dog, Lucy. Lynette took us on a tour including the beautifully appointed and comfortable public rooms, the dining room with round the clock beverage availability and the guests' pantry with a... More

This is one inn that we know we will want to return to. Lynnette made us feel like members of a loving and caring family. Nothing was missing and we felt absolutely spoiled. The location is perfect and within walking distance of so many key shops and restaurants. If you plan a trip to or through Ithaca don't hesitate to... More

We have been staying at WHM for over a decade each summer while doing research at Cornell's Olin Library. Invariably we are delighted, nearly overwhelmed by the care and concern shown by our wonderful hostess and her nonpareil staff. Lynnette is a warm and exceptionally sensitive person, whose joviality and bustling presence lend a character to WHM which few other... More

From the first time we stayed at the Miller inn, eleven years ago, Lynette and Dave, innkeepers, made us feel right at home. They greet guests as if they are family. The Inn itself, a large early 20th Century home, adds to the cozy feeling. The Inn is immaculate; the rooms spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfasts are... More

The perfect get away with all of your needs met. Lovely inn, friendly inn keepers and great breakfasts and desserts in an interesting location. The inn is convenient to restaurants and shops as well as hiking and wine tastings. The front porch is perfect for breakfast, drinks or a pizza dinner.

Thanks for a great B&B Just around the corner from very good restaurants and a great walk up waterfalls, on your way to the Campus of the beautiful Cornell University.Try it during mid October when the landscape turns into reds and yellows, and paths are littered with leaves. Daniel

Lynette and her staff gave us great directions on where to visit, walk, hike. We hiked all of Cornell to the first day. Saw the suspension bridge and gorges. Every night we arrived to find yummy home made treats. Ironed sheets. Clean rooms with loads of space to spread out, updated bathroom, parking on site. Breakfast on the front porch... More

The main building is very beautiful. Breakfast could be inside or outside, and we chose to have it outside on the balcony each day. It was excellent. The service was very good. Our room was in a separate building. Whilst it was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and was very large (it was a suite), it felt it... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in the Danes Room. Lovely spacious room and bathroom, very clean as was the whole house. Good location for walking to restaurants. What made the stay special was Lynette the owner who was always on hand to advise and assist in planning your day if you needed help. You only had to mention you... More

The historic value of this Inn is great but alittle disappointed. They need to keep up with painting...our bathroom needed some. Loved how quiet it was sleeping...didn't hear other guests. Breakfast was good but not fantastic...I was looking for homemade english muffins and jam. The inn had a sticker saying they use local products but the bacon was Oscar Meyer... More

Disappointed? Oh my gosh.....we NEVER want to see that! Our paint brushes are poised and ready. We are just waiting for a day when your room is not booked to get in there and touch up. This summer has been a banner year and your room was literally booked all the time. Local really IS a big part of what... More
