We recently revisited the Inn after a gap of ten years. It has held up well, still owned by the same friendly innkeeper. The rooms are charming and comfortable. The evening dessert buffet is a nice touch. The breakfast is good, although our server forgot to offer us all the choices for some reason. The location is excellent, a short... More

We stayed for two nights at this lovely inn - the inn is both elegant and comfortable and a joy to be in. But ... the welcome, the breakfast and the care of the owner Lynette and innkeeper Katie made it special for a nostalgic return trip to Ithaca. Easy access to both downtown Ithaca and to Cornell campus. Thank... More

We were impressed with the comprehensive service, convenience, and level of detail provided in this inn. We stayed in the carriage house, which was a large three-room suite well worth the price. Although the decor was on the ordinary side, the furnishings were ample, including a sofa; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location was... More

Gorgeous home and carriage house just down the hill from Cornell. We stayed in the carriage house which was a huge suite with a king and a jacuzzi tub and shower. Breakfast was fabulous with home made breads and goodies. Nice treat with dessert bar and coffee 24 hours. Lynnette and Kate couldn't have been nicer or more informative on... More

We spent the weekend here in mid-June 2015. My husbands extended family booked every room so we could spend time together for our nephew's wedding, and have the "run of the place." From initial booking to final checkout, our hostess and her staff were warm and gracious. The breakfasts were delicious and varied--there is something for everyone, be you a... More

We recently stayed here for weekend visiting Ithaca. Being two blocks from the Commons makes for an ideal location for a stay in the city. The staff was extremely welcoming and hospitable and was very accommodating of our dietary needs. All of the food, the breakfast and evening deserts, was absolutely fantastic! The room itself was charming and clean but... More

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We are so glad that you enjoyed breakfasts and desserts and, as you can imagine, it is our goal to make your entire stay a really enjoyable one. We are so sorry that the room lacked the room darkening shade and are taking care of that at once. Being an 1880 building, heating and... More

This is a charming building and the B&B is well-run. Breakfasts options were good and cooked to order. Desserts are set out at 7 and left out for evening browsing. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was real nice after a day walking through gorges. Noise is a bit of an... More

we spent two nights at the wiliam henry miller inn in june. We had the suite and room in the carriage house. The suite was gorgeous. An amazing bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a huge bedroom and lounge area. Both rooms were immaculate and decorated with taste and thought. The breakfast both mornings was different and delicious. My husband and I had an overnite stay at the William Henry Miller Inn for my birthday. Even though we are locals, we had a wonderful stay! The innkeeper, Lynnette, was so hospitable, generous and kind. Had enjoyable conversations not to mention the awesome desserts in the evening as well as the fantastic breakfast the next morning....so yummy! I would... More

This was a weekend getaway and we wanted somewhere close to Rochester where we live but with outside locations, cultural attractions, and hopefully some good restaurants. After some research, I settled on the William Henry Miller Inn to take Regina too. It proved to be simply excellent; we had the Library Room; the 3 course breakfast was superb; 24 hour... More
