Lynette is a superb innkeeper. The building is immaculate and charming. The service and hospitality is unparalleled. The food is incredible! Breakfast this morning included a poached pear, homemade blueberry pancakes or eggs and sausage with homemade whole wheat toast. Homemade desserts are on the buffet in the evenings. The location in Ithaca is ideal - one block from restaurant... More

Karen, we are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! We have a great housekeeping staff who has been with us for quite awhile and the pride they take in their work is heartwarming. So, we are so glad that you found the inn "immaculate". The Inn is a real team effort--from the housekeeping to the menu planning to the... More

WHM Inn was our base of operations for 3 nights during our recent visit to Ithaca. Lynette was a great host and sure everything we were interested in was addressed. Ithaca IS Gorges and so is this B&B.

It is so much fun, as an innkeeper who just loves the area, to see a guest who also loves the area! You sure fit the bill! Thank you for your lovely review and thank you for enjoying our area so much! To have a gorge right around the corner is pretty special and then to have a "wedding cake... More

We were lucky to find this treasure of a place during our daughters orientation at Ithaca College. We stayed at the William Henry Miller Inn throughout our daughters four years in Ithaca. Lynnette, the Inn Keeper, became family and we loved the gourmet breakfasts in the mornings and the array of homemade desserts in the evening. The Inn is perfectly... More

And we miss you too! When we bought the Inn, we were such "newbies" that I never, ever expected that we would form such great friendships. That has been such a wonderful thing! Four years just fly by, doesn't it? And it is amazing to watch students enter as nervous (usually!) freshmen and leave as maturing, ready to face the... More

It's always hard to write a review about a place that has already garnered such positive press, but I would be remiss not to add my own opinions about this Inn, which deserves each and every accolade and then some! My husband and I came to the Inn to celebrate a wedding anniversary and to enjoy a little rest and... More

Oh my gosh! You are so kind! Thank you for your lovely review. Eduardo is now gloating that he has been recognized in a review and now demands smoked salmon instead of his usual...... We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay (even with a little too much hiking) and I couldn't agree more about the tub in Dane's... More

Gorgeous house, tastefully done, incredible service and good food. And what's not to love about Ithaca? But the best part of the experience was the personality and charm of Lynnette - she made the experience so special for Anthony, Lance and me.

We just returned from three nights here. My friend's husband had found the inn as a birthday present for her - a girls weekend in Ithaca. I typically stay at the Statler on Cornell campus - but the reviews looked good, and it seemed fun to stay downtown. I am so happy that we stayed at this B&B! The inn... More

Very cosy and homely house that just invites you to sit down, curl up, make yourself comfortable in the couches and the chairs. Our room was in the carriage house and it was comfortable with a huge bathroom. There was always iced tea to help cool us down in the afternoons, various kinds of pies, cookies, and other desserts in... More

We are thrilled that you not only enjoyed your stay but found the house to be comfortable and inviting! That's just what I have always aimed for --- no stuffy furniture here! And we are so glad that you didn't mind sitting with the other guests! It was such an interesting conversation that it would have been a shame to... More

My husband and I just returned from a two night stay at the William Henry Miller Inn. My sister and her husband stayed in the Gardner Suite and we were in the Sanctuary. The rooms were spacious and clean with wonderful jacuzzi tubs. The real gem of this place, though, is Lynette, who makes you feel at home and well... More

We are soooo glad that you enjoyed your stay! We loved having you here! Thank you for your kind words but I have to give lots of credit to our incredible staff. Katie, Kate and Dave do so much of the food prep that they deserve lots of credit. While I did do much of the baking, most of the... More

Visited the William Henry Miller House for the second time, and already looking forward to another visit. A great location walking distance to shops, dining and so much more. I've stayed at the William Henry Miller Inn five times. Each time was perfect. The rooms are charming and unique, with amenities such as mouth wash and make-up remover in addition to regular items such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
