Okay hotel for arriving late and leaving early. The hotel is a little creepy on the inside, especially when they don't give you good directions to find your room. The room was barely okay. Not dirty, but not real clean feeling either. It took about 10 minutes to decipher the backwards cold/hot water controls in the shower. The bed was... More

Needed to find a hotel quickly for a Friday night in Ithaca for a meeting at Cornell on Saturday. Booked it on Priceline.com. Price stated $116 plus tax per night, but when I actually booked it, it was $140 plus tax which is a bit steep for this hotel. We called ahead and advised we'd have a late arrival after... More

What at one time must have been a wonderful facility has fallen to disrepair. The housekeeping leaves little to be desired and maintenance of the building is practically non existent. Peeling wall paper, holes in the walls, leaking ceilings. The place really has a lot of potential but needs a major overhaul and some serious TLC. It is affordable but... More

Was offered the choice between a renovated room with elevator access or a renovated room where we carried our luggage up the stairs. Room faced a brick wall. Blinds didn't open/window didn't open. Pool was closed. No apologies. Desk clerk was a snot. Don't stay here

This was the creepiest experience we've ever had in a hotel. It felt that we were the only guests the night we stayed there. Although this is a large hotel, able to accommodate business gatherings, conventions, large gatherings such as weddings, proms, etc., it has apparently fallen on hard times. We were one of about seven cars in the parking... More

We booked 2 room for 2 nights at $209.00 per night. These were the last 2 rooms in Ithica on parents weekend. The photos on line portrayed the hotel as modern and nice. When we arrived the front desk employees were very friendly. As we opened the door for the hallway leading to the rooms/elevators we were hit with the... More

This hotel is only minutes from Cornell, which makes it extremely convenient. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, and the staff is really friendly. There was a small refrigerator which is a must in any hotel we stay at. Now, for the rest of the story. First, the parking lot was filled with craters, not... More

Staff is excellent , bathrooms are clean , and beds were comfortable . BUT the carpet was disgusting dirty ,and there was an odor throughout the building thankfully we could open our window in our room to have fresh air . We were charged $209.00 a night and the hotel was fully booked I think they could afford to clean... More

I am generally okay with a budget friendly, clean, basic hotel and am not too picky. This is the first time I've been driven to write a review because it was just that terrible. Horrible smell in some rooms, dirty, dank, and totally disgusting. The only type of person who would find these accommodations acceptable are those aspiring to film... More

We reserved rooms for our wedding, being told that there were rooms that were brand new and renovated. When we got there, the only thing that appeared 'renovated" was the furniture. The parking lot is full of giant pot holes, the hotel is in rough shape, and the rooms were gross. Our room had wallpaper hanging off the walls, holes... More
