This was the best stay I have ever had in Ithaca. I usually stay downtown at another hotel, but thought I would try this new one and loved it. The staff was wonderful, rooms were clean, and the shuttle was perfect for my appointment. I will be back. Glad I tried this hotel. more

Apparently this hotel has a policy of overbooking rooms. Maybe this is common practice in the industry, but the way this hotel handles it is very wrong. The staff was fabulous and this new property is definetly the best in ithaca. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. It was great getting up in the morning and using the fitness room then having breakfast already set and ready. Everything was so clean and attention to detail was noticeable. We spent 2 nights here. Room was warm, clean, nicley decorated, staff is polite & knowledgeable. The ground floor room had sliding doors that opened to the parking lot.
