Their only suggestion was to shuttle me to a laundromat. My suggestion was that I check out and go to a hotel that meets the basic standards of the Hilton family of hotels. At least they promptly honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

There was an initial mistake made by the front desk clerk - he gave us keycards to a room already occupied. Luckily, the guests in that room were out at the time - very awkward. We were satisfied with the room we had. I think they were very nice accomodations for the price. We would stay there again.

This is a very mid-range hotel with nothing special for the price. There is also nothing wrong for the price. I bit more attention to maintenance issues (like broken window shades) would make this a more attractive place to stay.

Everything at the hotel was clean, and most of the staff was amazing. I reported a noise incident on 2 different occasions and the staff said they would fix it but did nothing to resolve my issue. Other than that it was good!

This trip we had a very noisy heating.air conditioning unit in our room the first night We told the front desk staff the following morning and they changed our room and didn't charge us for the first night, The staff was very helpful and dealt with our experience professionally.

This hotel has under gone a very nice renovation. Lobby is very comfortable and appealing. The staff are friendly and helpful.
