We are a Guest House, not a B&B. Our services are different. We admit that our City should post better signage for parking. However, we have placed signs everywhere regarding this issue. With the keys, in the lobby, on the back of guest room doors, in in-room booklets, etc. We are sorry they did not see even one of them....
My friends and I stayed here for a girls' weekend and had a wonderful time. The hotel is located in the perfect location so we were able to walk to all of the great shops and restaurants in cute little Hudson. I stayed at the Union Street Guest House in Aug. 2009, with my Dad. We stayed in the Thunderbird Suite and loved every minute of it. That suite had character and style. i was there with my girlfriend a few weeks ago and it was the best inn ive been to in a very long time! the service was great as well as the staff! i also injoyed the lobby, i reccomend union Street guest house to everyone and its by far the best in hudson!!!!!!!!!!! more
Overall poor communication with staff and billing office. Over-priced compared to far superior places with better service (and breakfast) just around the corner. Dubious accounting practices mixed with an inferior setting makes for a poor stay. I agreed with the other reviewer who said that the website was misleading. We were not open in May of 2009 as we started construction on our new lobby that month. It is open now and we are working harder every day to provide better service. We think you'll enjoy our rooms our new staff and our new lobby.
When we arrived at the train station in Hudson the personal service began... Our new LOBBY opens soon! We can only apologize so many times but sometimes there is no way to make someone happy. We gave them a discount and still....mean spirited nonsense. FYI.. if you are staying at our Guest House and you need anything please ask the staff for it. We are always around.
