I have already been at this hotel, but this time I stayed for two nights for my husband's birthday (surprise gift, he have never been here). The hotel is so beautiful, it's amazing to see the architecture and decorations. Our room was great, we stayed at Doña Trini, a big room, with king sized bed, and two little balconies. It's... More

I enjoyed very much making my reservations at this hotel with Jorge, the Front Desk Manager. He was very professional and cooperative. My stay at this hotel was special since it was in Historic Center, right next door to a variety of stores, boutiques, restaurants and only a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas with great restaurants, music,... The hotel is beautiful, covered with restored murals, decorated by nice flowers and surrounded by the amazing city center. Downtown Quertaro is a well preserved baroque jewel. Service at the hotel was excellent, but the manager could learn some manners from his staff.

A colonial pretty small hotel. Located right downtown Queretaro. Great furniture and decoration, only a few rooms and a beautiful dinning room. Very helpfull and nice service. They do their best to delight visitors and customers. Menu at the restaurant has typical and original dishes. Make reservation with enough time either for the hotel or the restaurant. They have a... This old mansion is full of Moorish designs - tile, frescoes, high ceilings, suites that open either to a central courtyard or to small balconies. I cannot stress enough how jaw droppingly beautiful this place is. It is not your run-of-the-mill hotel. I took a lot of pictures. the mornign we checked out, a newlywed couple was there with their... More

The hotel is a beautiful old mansion. Service is excellent. It is conveniently located to a plaza, nice restaurants, beautiful churches. . There is a pianist in the evenings in the lobby. The breakfast in the hotel was wonderful.

This hotel was such a treat. It is located in the heart of the old provincial capital of Mexico. The decor is stunting and takes one back in time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the waiters at breakfast spoke English fluently which was extremely helpful. I would request to stay here again if in the area.

the Casa de la Marquesa is a stunning mansion over 200 years old. Our Presidential room was large and bright with king bed and large well equipped bathroom. Most important there was functioning central heating, a necessary luxury in Queretaro in January. The bed was firm, but comfortable with a down duvet that kept us cosy all night. The room... More

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen, and decorated for Christmas it was just breathtaking... And then there is a pianist Ricardo, who fills this old open building with beautiful music... Outstanding! I wanted to stay there and listen to him forever...

The reservation was not respected, we had to present the printed reservation in order to get a room that by the way was not what we reserved. Additionally, it did not have parking and we had to park in a parking two blocks away and carry our baggage by ourselves.... terrible customer service!!!
