the Casa de la Marquesa is a stunning mansion over 200 years old. Our Presidential room was large and bright with king bed and large well equipped bathroom. Most important there was functioning central heating, a necessary luxury in Queretaro in January. The bed was firm, but comfortable with a down duvet that kept us cosy all night. The room... More

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen, and decorated for Christmas it was just breathtaking... And then there is a pianist Ricardo, who fills this old open building with beautiful music... Outstanding! I wanted to stay there and listen to him forever...

The reservation was not respected, we had to present the printed reservation in order to get a room that by the way was not what we reserved. Additionally, it did not have parking and we had to park in a parking two blocks away and carry our baggage by ourselves.... terrible customer service!!!

Beautiful colonial house, quite well preserved and remodelled. Location is truly good, few steps from Queretaro downtown. Hotel is actually elegant and rooms very nicely decorated preserving the "old spirit" while providing a very comfortable stay. Bathroom worked quite well and everything was clean and functional. Good option for a quick stay in Queretaro if you are willing to walk... More

Cannot imagine anyone staying at this beautiful hotel and not appreciating the architectural detail! Everywhere one looks, there is detail to maze. The location in the heart of the "centro" Colonial section of Queretaro is excellent. While the hotel does have an arrangement for paid parking at a reduced rate, they allowed us to park right in front of the... More

We stayed with our two boys in this fantastic hotel. the rooms were very big, with double bathtub and luxurious treatment. the central location allowed us to taste different restaurants in the neighbourhood. The personnel was really helpful. They helped us extend our stay and enjoy our stay at the maximum. the valet parking was efficient . only little point... More

The Marquesa is a stunningly beautiful boutique hotel with an open, three-story lobby area. It is wonderful to sit in this area and sip on a drink as dusk and night fall. The elegant Moorish arches attest to your presence in the former home of a well-to-do family. The Pros: 1) The dinning room is truly beautiful. And Erick, the... More

Im from Queretaro and this hotel is beautiful, the rooms are great, clean and have a great decoration. This is a well antique preserved building. My sister expend her honeymoon night there and made her photoshooting, awsome result. We go there from time to time to eat breakfast as we love to the building and food is good and typical... More

The hotel has an extraordinary architecture (XVIII baroque style), and it was wonderfully renovated. It is probably the most beautiful building in Queretaro. The service is fine and they have a great piano player at the lobby and the bar that enhances the experience. I probably paid 50% more than a regular chain hotel, but I did not have to... More

This hotel looks just like the pictures depict. Each of the 2 suites we stayed in were luxurious, unique and very comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful other than the not great food it was a fantastic stay. It's located in the center of the historic district and I highly recommend this very special hotel. There is a... More
