The hacienda is really beautiful, as are the pool and courtyard area. I was disappointed with a few other areas, though: (a) we were informed during check-in that breakfast was included in our rate, but such turned out not to be the case; perhaps it was a language barrier, or a mistake on my part; (b) rooms need updating. They... More

This hotel brings a lot of memories to me , i got married in there , almost 10 years ago this year , and they fixed a little the hotel since then , like they painted all the walls , before they had this lemon, pink yellow , neon crappy colors, but thats it , this hotel needs a complete... More

The hotel grounds are well kept, the physical condition of the property is acceptable. The food is "ok" to "good", breakfast items seem to be better than other meals. Security is good, no major issues while arriving or departing (did hear some gunshots 2 nights, but well away from my location). The residences in the immediate area are very pricey... More

It's a very nice place to stay for a couple of days and savour a touch of Mexico. Large and confortables rooms with good service ( but with some space of improvement as remplacement of towels sometimes incomplete ). Kind service even if sometimes not as fast as required. Very good and large breakfast's offer.

Stayed at this hotel in July for a few nights with my family. It`s a very nice looking hotel with lots of character and charm. Unfortunately that`s about it. Found it to be expensive, poorly cleaned and lacking service everywhere. It is advertised as part of the Las Brisas chain of hotels, but in my opinion lacks a lot to... More

2nd stay (3 years ago). We habe been flabergasted by sky high prices in bottle water (3 $ !!! 42 pesos !!), bad food : ceasar salad with 3 leaves, cold cooked meals, warm wine, etc... Even wifi is charged !!! That's a shame. Even within the rooms, the minibar prices are unreachable. One place to forget and so far... More

A little off the beaten track in terms of being "away" from the Centro Historico, but neither the hotel nor the rooms look or feel like any of hundreds of other places, this has a real authentic feel to it. You will know that you are at a different place. The library is spectacular. The grounds are spacious and great... More

My husband and I stayed there in early July as we were invited to a wedding in Queretaro. I had been there before, long time ago, and was dissapointed in an overall view when I got there mainly because of the price-room quality ratio. The former "hacienda" itself is beautiful and some pieces of artwork from past centuries that have... More
