The hotel is very well located, far enough not to be noisy but close enough to enjoy all the historical sites. The place is adorable and very nicely decorated. The service is outstanding. The breakfast is abundant and very nice. They always ask you around what time you want breakfast so the table is ready and set for you. They... More

10 room hotel 6 blocks from the center. Pleasant courtyard where they serve a full breakfast (included in the room price). Fruit plate, eggs and ham, sweet bread, orange juice, and coffee. Many choices. Courteous staff. New mattress and bathroom. There are more luxurious hotels, nothing at this price that combines location, comfort, and breakfast experience. There is no lock... More

The hotel is conveniently located in the historical area and is walking distance to where you want to be yet far enough to get a good night sleep. The room was clean and in good order and the breakfast provided was good. I gave the hotel less then a perfect score because I thought the service was not very good... More

This was our second stay at Villa del Villar and we liked it just as much as the first time a couple of years ago. As others have noted, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The location is great - easy walk to the main square. The rooms aren't large but have everything you need. The bed is very... More

Our stay here was great! The location it's close to everything--plaza, shops restaurants and felt very safe. The service was excellent and Abraham recommended a wonderful restaurant just around the corner, Erlum, which offered some of the best food we had during this stay in Mexico. The breakfast served here was very good. A beautiful fruit plate and the eggs... More

This was our second visit to Villa del Villar and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Here are the reasons we like it: It is peaceful, has a great location, has comfortable beds and a nice breakfast, but best of all are the people who run the place. They are super helpful and nice. My daughter... More

As all the previous reviews have said: service is so very attentive and helpful!!! Everyone very kinda and thoughtful. For example, when I asked about going to Sierra Gorda for my next trip, gentleman locked up the distances in his phone and than later gave me pamphlets on the area...thought how wonderful of him!!! They really take care of you... More

If you're looking for a place that's convenient to downtown Queretaro and is safe, this is it. It's not the Ritz and the room was quite small but Jesus, Abraham and Alex were quite the trio in making one feel at home. We had a room with two beds facing the street so there were some pedestrian noise but not... More

A centrally located, yet quiet at night (except for the occasional dog bark at thunder), small hotel. The staff of unfailingly polite and friendly young men are eager to help with a extra pillow or towel, and offer scrumptious breakfasts--included in the price--in the courtyard. Our room was simple and airy and kept spotlessly clean. Check out the musical-instrument and... More

Service, thats how i would resume my review. This hotel was really really nice, it is located in the center of everything you want to do in Queretaro. We wear a family of 8 staying the night of the 31st in 4 rooms. Breakfast service is amazing and the food delicious. Staff makes you feel always very welcome and their... More
