Casa Naranja is a well located B&B in the heart of Queretero. One is instantly struck by the care that has gone into the renovation of this facility. Unfortunately, while it might look great on the pages of Architectural Digest it did not make for a comfortable stay. We had a 2nd floor room with a kng size bed which was placed into a box like structure on the top of the roof. The views outside our room were nice, but only in one direction. The bed was too big for the room. The bathroom had no doors and the toilet was very close to the bed. The tiny sink that seemed an after thought was too small for washing one's hands. The flimsy shower curtain in the shower failed to keep the water in resulting in wet floors in the closet area. The closet was a small poll in the corner. Couldn't even put shoes on the floor as it was often wet. Very ppor water pressure as well. There was no dresser so we were forced to live out of our suitcase for the 5 days we were there. 2nd floor... more
