The staff was beautiful - they helped us with a difficult situation. They are multilingual, which helps in Querétaro. The place is beautiful, too. The location is perfect and we were able to walk the old part of town easily.

Non traditional lodging (one enters through an antique store) with charm, amenities, comfort, attentive staff and very helpful owners/managers. Excellent breakfast, lovely gardens, exceptional location near main plazas and wonderful restaurants. A very good choice.

We stayed at La Casa Del Atrio whilst traveling around Mexico for three weeks and can I say it was the best hotel/B&B by far on our vacation. Antonio was so accommodating we felt like we were staying with family. We stayed in one of the junior suites which was amazing. The beds and bedding were so comfortable we didn't... More

For a brief moment, when alit from our van at La Casa del Atrio, we thought we'd made a mistake -- the front hall of the B&B is an antique shop, full of things Antonio has collected and that make even waiting for your friends to meet you a worthwhile experience. But that's only part of the charm. The B&B... More

We and our friends were delayed by a flight cancelation that fortunatelly had "stranded" in Queretero for three days. Quick fingers and research thru trip advisor had us on the phone with La Casa del Atro. Fortunately they had 2 rooms remaining that could accommodate us. Clean and comfortable rooms are overshadowed by the hospitality. Antonio was a helpful and... More

Our three night stay at La Casa del Atrio was perfect. It is a small B&B right in the middle of town. The location was perfect, you can walk out the door and walk to the different areas of town easily. The rooms are all individually decorated, ours had huge ceilings, yet felt cozy due to the warm furnishings and... More

We stayed here 4 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. Our room was large, comfortable, clean, and well (and artfully) appointed. There is definitely a feel of luxury here even though it is not that expensive. The entry was off a courtyard set well back from the street. One thing about this place is that it is historic but... We had such a lovely time staying here, we were travelling from Australia for our friends wedding and Antonio and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. The Accomodation is amazing and beautifully done, keeping the look and feel of the historic building. Breakfast A++++ Service 11/10 Friendliness of the staff 11/10 I... More

We've just returned from a wonderful 3 day stay at La Casa Del Atrio. In the heart of old Queretaro, it offered the perfect refuge to relax in and the ideal base to explore from. The hotel itself is a gem - wonderful architecture with succession of patios and gardens and two resident felines. The breakfasts were immense: fresh, organic... More
