third time here in this hotel. It has large rooms with a tired decor. downtown is about 20 min walk. however I would suggest taking a taxi at night, as the area a bit sketchy. it is a basic non-chain business hotel close to the highway. will likely be back.

Hotel is clean and spacious with large bedrooms and decent breakfast (although I was not 100% convinced by the live salsa band at breakfast! Not sure if they are also there on weekdays, I was there on a weekend). staff are friendly and fairly efficient. Reasonably well located, area is semi industrial but only 7/8 minute walk to the alameda.... More

Stayed for three nights on a business trip - average hotel, but expected better. I had a suite, which was very large but very dark. Bed large and comfy, and the breakfast was varied - some things I recognised, but some I didn't (obviously caters for all nationalities). The hotel is situated in a bustling but seemingly newer part of... More

Dated Hotel with roomy rooms. Seemed to be clean and it had everything you need. It was near downtown but I would not walk down there as the area is a little intimidating. I did not feel unsafe but it is a very busy. Located near everything and ok place to stay.

I stayed with a group of 20 persons who made up a much larger group of persons who were in Queretaro for a Conference that was held at the hotel. The hotel staff were very attentive to our needs particularly Alejandro who was always ready to assist in any way he could. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.... More

Well located and near the historical center of Queretaro and at the same time only two blocks from the motorway. Has a restaurant with quite reasonable prices. Great breakfast buffet for approx. US$ 9.00 per person. Rooms are large and well kept. However lighting of the rooms is very poor. Hard to do work or reading a book in bed.... More

I didnt particularly enjoy my stay at the Mirage. It is a very run-down place with old furniture and an air-condition that doesn't really work (but is at least very loud). At check-in, you get the TV remote control handed over, just as they do in some hostels. On the good side, WiFi is free and pretty fast, and breakfast... More

Rooms are ok. If ur lucky you will get a room that gets the wifi signal (doesnt reach all the rooms) Clean hotel, underground parking is pretty nice. Didn't like the service from the moody waiters in general but the food is ok. Easy access from highway.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, the staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. The location is very good if you have a car, it is easy to get in and out from the main highway, with free and convenient parking. Free Wifi everywhere. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is OK - consider room service... More

When on business travel to Queretaro, Qro MEXICO - we stay at this hotel. It's nicely located in town - about 25 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to some of the downtown squares for nice dining. The rooms are VERY spacious - with an enormous hottub, if interested. Restaurant downstairs is rather plain - I'd go out for dinner.... More
