We loved our stay in Wildlife Camp, and we were so sad to leave! It was the weekend of a lifetime and we will never forget it. We saw a loads of animals, Zebras, giraffes, leopards and in the far lions as well, and had the best guide BJ to find them! We stayed in a family room and a... More

This place is very very well run, lots of overland trucks, people camping on their own. Small groups and just couples. I would go back there in a heartbeat if I could We had one of the chalet/tent/cabins, 2nd from the end, has its own outdoor bathroom, a fan too, a bit of luxury considering your in a wildlife national... Tree years I stayed already at this site, and I am happy to see that it is still a great place to go. South Luangwa, is of course a great place to visit. I really like this camp, it is a nice place where you can enjoy nature, and come to rest at the pool and bar just next to... More

I love this place. The whole valley and park feels like the last semi-untouched bush in Africa. You can feel very far away from the Western world here. Wildlife Camp is on the South Luangwa riverbank. There are no fences. The campsite, tented rooms and bar all face out over the river and national park beyond. It is normal for... More

We had a lovely experience at the Wildlife Camp... the animals were plentiful, and the stay was pleasant. The pool helped combat the oppressive heat, and our group loved the game drives. South Luangwa has been unmatched throughout the rest of our trip in Africa for seeing animals (we saw four of the Big Five on our first day there!).... More

Wildlife Camp is one of the best wildlife destinations in Southern Africa. The setting and location on the Luangwa River is un-beatable. The ablution facilities in the campsite is of a high standard. The game viewing from your camp is unbelievable an there is a personal touch from management.

I spent 5 days in the campsite during September 2014. As to be expected, the days were hot (we recorded a max of 42.9 Centigrade) but wind free and lovely. This not being my first visit, once again confirmed that this is the place to stay, assuming you are not paying big bucks to stay at some of the (very... More

Campsite with the best view in South Luanga, friendly helpful staff (that are not constantly in your face) and the absolute beat game drive we have ever experienced. Wildlife camp is defnitely the place to stay when you are visiting south-luanga! With giraffe, elephant, kudu, hippo, crock, leopard & various bird sightings you can enjoy everything without even going into... More

We camped at the Wildlife Camp for three nights and were impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness and overall atmosphere of the place. It's very busy for some of the time and on the busy days it would be helpful if the owners would allocate campsites and be firm that the best spots by the river are on a first-come first... More

These were on site tents that had lockable doors. Conrad the manager of the site was very helpful and informative. At night if we had to return to our tents, we had to be escorted as you never knew what to expect and what wildlife you would run into. I could not get hot water to the shower. The bed... More
